Mia was very professional and did a great job with my balayage and cut. It was my first balayage and I wanted my hair a little lighter and my fringe a bit shorter, and she invited me back for a second round to get the desired results. Really happy and she was super friendly and professional all the way.

Mel is fab, she’s strikes a great balance between what I want and what my hair and face shape requires. I’ve been a couple of times after a long search for a stylist with just those qualities and the results have been great.Mia was incredible with my daughter’s very long hair. It takes a great deal of patience to deal with children and my daughter couldn’t have left happier.

I have been there just over a week ago for a balayage and Mia exceeded my expectations. She was not just kind and professional but she is indeed very skilled.Love my hair!PS I also took my daughter (2.5 yrs old) who’s got mixed race hair and Cécile plaited her hair so nicely and kindly. She loved the experience and her hair hair too.

Just left my appointment here and I am so happy with the results. Sarah is an absolute queen! I received a dodgy haircut from another salon, she had my sorted in less than half an hour, my hair feels so healthy and looks great! Really funny and chatty and amazing customer service in general from all the staff. Couldn’t recommend enough.

First time at Headmasters in Crystal Palace. Always a bit daunting going to a new hairdressers but Cecile was very thorough in finding out about my hair and what style I was hoping for. She provided a friendly and professional service. One of the best hair cuts I've had.

Perin did an amazing job with my hair! The colour looked amazing and I'm really happy with the treatment she recommended. She made me feel so relaxed and taught me some great tricks to prolong my blowdry. I'm super happy with the results - thanks Perin!

Honestly the best, I’ve been going here for a few years now and am always so pleased with the results. Lauren is brilliant with advice and communication, plus a total master at colour (and doesn’t judge me for letting my highlights grow ridiculous roots). Don’t write many reviews but wanted to sing Lauren’s praises somehow!

What a wonderful experience and such a lovely staff. Cecile was amazing. She knew my needs and gave me exactly what I wanted from my hair (and some hype for extra positivity!). It's going to be my go to salon in Crystal Palace. Highly recommended.

I love how I was welcomed by the friendly staff. Sarah who was my stylist is a very bubbly, warm and friendly, she listened to what I needed and had cut my hair how I wanted it. Thank you Sarah for being so wonderful and also to the rest of the Staff who were also very lovely. Can’t wait to go back there and have my hair coloured
