Family Dental Practice

Their phone lines are awful. They say they’re open till 6 PM but don’t answer the phone at 5PM stating they’re closed ! If we’re paying for a service then we should expect a good service !

Very helpful & friendly, managed to get an appointment. The dentist & nurse made my little one feel at ease. Highly recommend

Should be shut down and banned from operating, if not arrested for medical negligence.Messed up a filling so badly that I now need to have two teeth removed.

Visited this practice for the first time after a recommendation. Receptionist made the visit go sooo smoothly. Can't recommend more!

Excellent Dental surgery. The Receptionist Sue was so welcoming, kind and helpful and the dentist Dr Liladhar was brilliant. He spent time explaining things and provided brilliant dental care and advice to keep my teeth clean and healthy. Highly recommended for all.

Was thinking of booking an appointment but looking the reviews, no way, if so many ppl are saying bad abt receptionist then she must have done something wrong

Where did this people come from.. I can’t believe this still exists in the UK.. honestly they are giving very bad image about the medical system in the uk.Here’s what I have experienced in there.1- old lady receptionist something wrong with her mentally and I think she shouldn’t be working in medical service because how interacts with people especially patients!2- dentist didn’t want to register my 3 kids less than 10 years while by government they are urged to do so!3- I can guarantee dodge stuff going on in there!! By just talking to them.. authorities have to look at what’s going on there and prevent worst !Avoid and avoid..you will never know what’s gonna happen to your teeth!

The receptionist is extremely rude. She talks in Gujarati so you can’t understand what she is saying which in my eyes is very rude. The dental practice itself needs updating it seems as though you go back in time when you go in. They have many students/trainee dentists who allways resort to pulling the tooth out. You never see the same dentist when you go which is not good. The receptionist is the main problem the old Indian lady. I rang for an appointment and she asked what is Tge apointment for? I replied I need a crown. She replies you’re not a dentist how do you know you need a crown! I replied let’s just leave that for the dentist to decide she said she would call back in 10 mins to offer a appointment it’s been 7 months I have still not received a call back. They need to get rid of her, update their premises and have perminate dentist there not students pulling out teeth.

This is very patient friendly clinic. Dentists assess every case individually and their calm and professional approach comforts even for a very panicking client like me.Definitely would recommend to anyone who really cares about healthy teeth and does not want to get sweaty and panicky on the dentist chair !
