A lovely place, with kind hearted workers who made sure our experience was 10/10. I highly recommend to go with friends or family, thank you so much!

Really poor welcome, the lady told us where to sit and gave us a pot for paint. No basic instructions, no happy face to make you feel welcome. Considering the price of the items, a smile or nice welcome would make us feel like we want to return. Definitely not recommended….. I went with my daughter and three year old grandaughter. The lady sat behind the counter or out the back the whole of our visit.

Lovely experience at the Ceramics cafe for myself and my daughter. We live far from Kew (we were there whilst family had gone to Twickenham) and they were so kind to post our painted pottery out to us!

A hidden gem just past Kew Green if you like crafty things. Very easy to book online and staff were very helpful over the phone when wanting to change booking time. There are a variety of different things you can paint from cups and plates, to dinosaur figures! The prices range according to what you paint, some things are a little pricey but there's plenty that's reasonably priced for the service you are getting. The man working there when I visited explained how everything worked and how to get the best results from the paints. They had tea, coffee, hot chocolate and different flavoured cookies. They didn't have any soft drinks however I had brought a bottle of water with me which was fine. All in all it was a very pleasant experience that can be enjoyed by people of all ages. Friendly staff and a nice atmosphere.

Lovely pottery atelier in Kew. We booked a 2h slot for 7-8 people in advance online. I received a confirmation email later that day, that a table is booked. Bookings can be done online, in person or by calling. You find a big variety of pottered items ready for you to paint. From different plates, bowls and mugs to animal shaped figures and some seasonal articles as well!If it will be your first visit (like for me) the staff member will probably give you a little tour to inform you about colours, various styles and ways of painting your item(s) and also the pricing. All in all we enjoyed ourselves a lot, the staff is really really nice and lovely. For me this might have been the first time there, but not the last!I am quite sure, that all age ranges can enjoy this artistic treat. You will be told from which day your piece can be collected.Last but not least, as it is called a pottery café you can enjoy lovely cookies and beverages to compliment your artistic experience. As a side note: bigger items can be finished in more than one 2h session if you let the instructor know. In that case the receipt you get after paying states that your item is still in progress and will not be glazed and burned yet until you are done.

staff was very unhelpful had to ask them to explain to me how everything worked or i would of just sat there for time and told me little to nothing about how to get desired results also left us in the room alone for the whole duration + very expensive and didn't say there would be a £2 studio charge until checkout. colours also didn't come out how it looked on the colour pots sadly
