Absolutely shocking company!! I ordered a onsie for my granddaughter birthday 4weeks before never received it when it was supposed to take 3-5 working days I have emailed 21 times and had 2 generic emails back not explaining anything! Which I had read the reviews before ordering will never use this company again! They are so unprofessional!! Am absolutely furious that I haven’t received my order and they are doing absolutely nothing about it !!! PLEASE Do NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS Company!!

I had two beach towels made. Not the greatest quality tbf (not very thick) but they come away with us twice a year and we love them!Update!Just had passport cover and luggage tag made. Ordered and received within a week! All perfect and so pleased!

I've ordered a towel, mug and Christmas bauble from this company. Usually delivered quickly, I think the items are of a good quality and pretty reasonable.If you like spending time, creating your little character, to look like yourself, family or friends, then you'll love this novel idea.

!!!!!DO NOT BUY!!!!!! SCAM!!!! STILL NOT RECIEVED ITEMS I PAID FOR OVER A MONTH AGO AND ARE AVOIDING PROVIDING ME WITH A REFUND!!!!!I ordered 2 gifts for my sisters birthday on July 22nd, her birthday is August 27th. My items are still in production. The ‘ estimated ‘ dispatch date for one of the items was Friday 28th July, this is still in production. The other item I ordered was estimated to be dispatched on Monday 21st August, this is still in production.I have been back and forth via email to be provided with a more realistic timescale of when I’m likely to receive my items. After complaining for weeks and demanded a refund I was then informed that my parcel WILL be dispatched within 2/3 working days, this was Aug 24th. STILL yet to receive a shipping confirmation.This company does not care about their customers, once they have your money. if they cannot keep up with the orders they have then they need to make people aware before purchasing as their ‘ estimated’ dispatch dates are a complete lie and unrealistic.Companies like this, hide behind a screen and do not have a direct phone line that you can contact so you have to wait for an email reply where they say the same thing over and over again. SCAMMERS

Awful customer service! I’ve used this company multiple times. However the last two times have been awful. The most recent order was placed over 3 weeks ago. I chased up the order to be told it was in production (despite the dispatch date being 3 weeks prior). It’s been longer than stipulated, my emails are being ignored and I still don’t have my item and I’m out of pocket of the price of the item. My order prior to this was fraught with the same difficulties but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. What a big mistake. Even though the products are lovely and of a very high standard/quality, the customer service and experience lets this company and it’s product down.

I ordered a travel bag for a work trip on the understanding it would be dispatched on a certain date as stated when I ordered. It is now a week later and it's still in production. I won't be using the bag now as I travel this week, they won't cancel the order so I'm stuck with a travel bag and no more travel! I'm sure the products are very nice but if you order please allow plenty of time for delivery!

Placed an order over 4 weeks ago! It says on order I would receive within 4 days.....still nothing back! Emailed them and all I got was 'we're busy'Take your own chance on this company.

Do not order from this company. Ordered a personalised bag on November 25th. Delivery at the time was despatched within 7 working days. It’s now the 13th of December and still haven’t seen then parcel. I totally understand the strikes at the minute but I have been emailing for an update to which I got a reply to say my parcel has been lost. Since then I have had no replies back from my emails about getting a new one resent or a refund. So they have my money and I have no refund or product! Awful customer service- Avoid!

I ordered 2 personalised onsies on 17th December for my daughters for Xmas. Only 1 arrived, I gave it tige as thought maybe they are sending separately. I then emailed after Xmas, I received a response as to which one I was missing and have not heard back since, despite emailing another 3 times. I'm absolutely fuming as they aren't cheap at £30 each. I would avoid ordering from this company ever again and wish I had read the reviews first! I'm hoping to get some resolution and I won't stop contacting until I do as I don't have money to waste. Im so upset and my daughter is upset as her sister got one and she didnt.
