I was very pleased with the work by Andy and his team. They repainted the outside of my house, replaced the old cast iron soil pipe and installed a new toilet. They then came to quote to replace our shower on the very day part of the ceiling fell down in a ground floor room. They immediately insisted on my safety and arranged to remove the rest of the ceiling and replace it without delay. Finally, they advised, sourced and installed a new shower. They were very pleasant to work with and I valued their advice and skills. At every stage I was kept informed of costs. I would be happy to recommend them.

Andy and his team recently fitted a replacement kitchen and appliances, including wiring, plumbing and tiling, at my brother's house. They were very competent , skilled and personable craftsmen who did an excellent job. Thank you.

Waymore home carried out a complete bathroom refurbishment in our house with excellent finish. They did electrical work and fitted the lights, floor and wall tiling following up with grouting and applying silicone, refitting the shower tray with the glass enclosure, amending waste and hot and cold pipes, bath, valves and mirror fitting.One of the most important factors, amongst many and why we picked them was the clear communication from the commencement of the project to the finish, they talked us through every single detail of the work, and provided a thorough breakdown of the cost. This gave us assurance that we had chosen the right contractors.Thank you to the team, we are very pleased and would happily recommend them to our friends and neighbours.

Andy and his team were fantastic. They’re service from the very start was exceptional.We were given Andy’s details through Howdens and we couldn’t be more please with the results. He provided a very comprehensive quotation and an incredibly organised project management tracker which showed how to project will take shape over the coming weeks.Andy and his team came round and did the work and fitted our utility room, decorated our kitchen, living room and Nursery. their attention to detail was second to none, making sure that all areas were prepped, cleaned and our personal items were safe in the process. They were incredible clean, polite and informative if they needed to make changes or adjustments to the job.Once the job was finished they left us to see if there were any snags, and if there were they came round to repair and clean.There were no hidden charges, or additional payments that ever needed to be made during the process. Andy was very transparent about his initial pricing structure and quotation meant that the price stayed pretty much as it was since the startWe couldn’t recommend them any more for any job. As we already have with our neighbours. Thank you Andy and team we are incredibly happy with the results and how you treated the project from start to finish.

Part 2 - Finally posting pictures of my ensuite bathroom. Andy and his team gave me my dream bathroom.... I love it! (August 2023)Andy and his team were wonderful throughout our house refurbishment. His guidance and advice was crucial. Whenever unexpected issues arose (and there were lots) Andy was able to give us pragmatic solutions which did not blow the budget. He communicated openly and regularly which meant that there were no horrible surprises. His spreadsheets are comprehensive and very detailed, so you know exactly where you are.Work carried out:1. electrical rewiring, installing consumer unit and testing2. fitting of new boiler and installation of the unvented cylinder, plumbing, fitting radiators and valves3. full bathroom and shower room renovations, floor/wall tiling, fitting of bath/shower tray, glass enclosure, shower mixers, shower outlet points4. carpentry work - creating stud walls, internal door fittings, skirting boards and architraves5. plasterboarding and plastering of the ceiling and walls

Andy and his team are very professional.. He kept us updated during the process and was always on time. He has people skills, trustworthy, very polite, listens and Left the sight clean. He's definitely a builder we would call for future projects and we have shared his contacts to our street WhatsApp group. We are happy we found Andy.Updated: we were so pleased with the last work that Andy and his team completed, that we asked him to build two wardrobes for our children. All we can say is WOW!!! We will have to consider whether to rebuild the wardrobe built in our master bedroom.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to leave one for Waymore and Andy.I chose Waymore based on their reviews, and I was not disappointed. From the first moment I spoke with Andy I knew that I was in good hands and that I was speaking to a professional. He has been thorough throughout the whole process, from providing the quotation up to completion and after. In the process there where issues that came up, but Andy helped me to deal with all of them brilliantly. I had to be out of the country for the duration of the project, but Andy made me feel comfortable by communicating with me every day for updates even though he had to work long hours to finish on time. Additional work on top of the original quotation was required which would have affected the schedule and it would have been a disaster for me, but Andy and his team worked over the weekend to finish on time. At the end they finished a day earlier, and they left the property in clean condition. Waymore may not be the cheapest builder out there but if you are looking for good workmanship, professionalism, trust, punctuality, good communication and the assurance that you are in good hands then I would not choose anyone else. You get what you pay, and it is worth it. Thank you, Andy, and your team, for the great work. It was pleasure working with you.

Andy and the team did a phenomenal job carrying out a substantial internal renovation of my flat. They provided great advice, clear breakdown of the costs and efficient project management throughout. Communication was also great at every stage.The work itself was executed to a superior standard of quality and attention to detail. I was very impressed at how the team was able to carry out the wide variety of works required. These included: structural works, internal wall removal and installation of concrete supports; bathroom installation, hot, cold and waste connections, stopcock installation, wall and floor tiling, grouting and applying silicone, fitting bathroom sanitary ware; carpentry work, creating stud walls, fitting internal doors, installing skirting boards and architraves, creating bespoke cupboards; plumbing, fitting new radiators and valves; electrical works, installing new consumer unit and testing; installing a new boiler; painting and decorating the entire property.I am extremely pleased with the outcome and I will definitely use Waymore Home again in the future.

Andy and his team did extensive structural and renovation work to a family member’s kitchen last year and they couldn’t be more pleased.Work included removing walls and inserting beams, electrics (fitting lights, sockets, switches and testing), plumbing and pipe work and fitting new radiators as well as fitting out kitchen, tiling, carpentry work, fitting internal doors and ironmongery, skirting boards and architraves.It wasn’t always easy - projects never are - but Andy had their full confidence throughout unexpected surprises, suggesting practical solutions, advising them and fighting their corner when necessary.They liked that Waymore Home only undertake one project at a time, which meant they were on site throughout and work progressed quickly.They can’t recommend Andy and his team enough - friendly, reliable, hard working and obviously highly-skilled.
