Really bad experience. Rude receptionist. Dentist made my daughter cry and ruin her first experience. Also the dentist mistreated my daughter with the incorrect fitting for her teeth! Do not go here! People here don't listen.

If I can give 0 star I would but I cant,, the Dentists and stuff are very nice but the receptionist my goodness !!! not friendly, not smiling and not welcoming.. you can’t even ask questions because they already looking at you sharply. I asked something and she was so agitated answering me that make me feel like uncomfortable and embarrassed myself. Even there’s a very old lady came she don’t even entertain so the lady went back out. I told about it to my neighbor and she said she had the same experienced with the receptionist and that’s the reason why she have to leave that dental practice . Its a shame because she like her dentist there but she can’t stand the receptionist. Wish they change their receptionist there because the business like that should give a customer a very welcoming feeling. Horrible Receptionist

Trying to extort money out of parents by saying they have to have an appointment if you want your child to get one.Con artists springs to mind!

Very good dental practice, every member of staff is lovely and makes you feel comfortable. Dr Brown and Alison and Hannah, hygienists are really nice and although I'm quite nervous going to the dentist they made me feel relaxed. The secretaries are lovely too. Would highly recommend.

Mean people who insist on pointless mask wearing. Even though there is a great deal of evidence available to show mask wearing is nothing more than virtue signaling for those poor souls who were conned into taking experimental gene therapy and are now awaiting death by blood clot.

I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr Kevin Leeming and dental assistant Amy and I have nothing but good things to say about them and the service I received. Dr Leeming and Amy were friendly, explained the procedure to me and listened to my concerns. The removal was as quick, straightforward and painless as possible. Thank you for your help! Would definitely recommend this practice.

I have been a loyal customer for over twenty years in this practice. My dentist is the best I have ever had. For several years I was travelling 200 miles to visit them and paid a lot of money for dental insurance. I have just received a letter that because I did not want to wear a mask during my last appointment I am not welcome any more in this practice. A great example of common sense still prevails not. I do not believe I deserved to be bullied during my last visit and spoken with disrespect, patronised and humiliated. I was expecting apologies and instead, they told me not to come back. I suppose it is easier than to apologise. Shame.

Dentists are very good, however,The receptionist was very blunt, very rude and even accused me of lying at one point.Looking at the other reviews it is clear that Im not the only person to have this experience.Real shame as my dentist (Paul White) was excellent but I won't be returning after the way I was spoken to. I'm a paying customer at the end of the day and haven't been treated as such.

Staff are superb. Hannah my hygienist is awesome. As is Annaliese my dentist. Couldn't ask for better.
