Halfords Autocentre Rochdale

I orded tyres via Halfords website then was told there was an error when ordering on the day of my appointment ( booked for 11am) was told tyres have been ordered at 3pm. Only one tyre came at 5pm so Halfords only changed one. The staff did apologise for the inconvenience as it was Halfords website/ delivery company they uses fault for not delivering tyres on time told me to come back the next day to change the other tyre.I would ring book tyres over the phone next time.10/10 customer service0/10 for wasting all my day to fit 2 tyres.

The garage was able to offer same day assessment and next day repairs to my car, which was perfect for my schedule. The work was a bit expensive compared with smaller independents, but they had much better availability. The staff were pleasant and professional though.

I had my car booked in to check the brakes, once they had carried out their checks. I received the car with scratches all over, the handbrake was a lot higher due to them damaging a wire and the brake pedal was also spongy but they told me this was due to leaking brake oil but I didn’t see a problem before hand.Don’t bring your car here because the mechanics mess with other unnecessary components and damage the vehicle.

Great service from start to finish, friendly staff and explained everything and answered questions easily. I'm glad now that I'd already become a premium member and will take my car here for all future services and MOT'S. Thank you.Regards,David

Please do not use this garage.Bunch of incompetent half wits.Had an issue after a service and they were unwilling to help. “It must of been like that before it came to us”Manager also lies through his teeth.

Took my beloved 1987 BMW 730i to Halfords, and I must say, they treated it with exceptional care. They even listened attentively when I expressed my concern about jacking it up the Sill, unsure about the sill's condition as its covered with unremovable Plastic. No complaints; they executed my instructions perfectly, and jacked up from rear diff.I made it a point to learn the names of the professionals working on my car: Mo and Miker. They deserve a solid 10/10 for their attentive approach and excellent care of my vintage vehicle.A special shout-out to Nazia as well. She was an absolute delight to talk to, and her customer service was top-notch, earning a well-deserved 10/10.

Polite staff, kept updated, 2 hour turnaround.No vehicle valet like main dealer but similar pricing.Not sure what was done on electric service for £185.

Very friendly & polite members of staff. Always quite daunting going to a garage but they made me feel at ease and explained everything very well.Thankyou guys x

Used to have my company car serviced here. Always good service so started taking my own car there.In recent months I have had a major service and 2 new tyres. Both times good work good customer service.Will be getting brakes and MOT done next month and will provide an update.
