We had a chimney breast built in our living room and a log burner, mantlepiece, hearth and surround installed by Loxwood Burners and we were very happy with the service from start to finish.Our initial experience started at their shop/showroom in Loxwood and we were met by Harry who was friendly and helpful from the get-go. He told us he had only been there for a few weeks, but it didn't show as he was helpful and knowledgeable throughout our several visits. Even with correspondence he always replied to our emails promptly and fully.The work was carried out by Chris and Tobi who were always very punctual and were friendly and courteous throughout the week. They were always very organised and left the room clean and tidy at the end of every day. We are absolutely delighted with the finished work and the fireplace/chimney looks absolutely fantastic. We were thoroughly impressed with the team at Loxwood Burners from start to finish, it was a pleasure to deal with them, we are delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation in fully recommending their services.

We have nothing but praise for this company. From initial contact, the assistance and advice in design through to installation, our experience is 5star. James the owner and his father john are incredibly helpful and knowledgable and Andy who installed our wood burner is a super trades man and we could not have asked for a better result. We love the stove and it has changed our living room, I would highly recommend this company. Don’t be tempted to buy cheap burners off the internet, go and have a chat with James and John, you will not regret it. Super company.

From start to finish a great service was provided. Timely, knowledgeable, excellent workmanship (Andy was super helpful, skilled and tidy). A very smooth experience delivered all round. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team.

If you are considering buying/installing a log burner, then we highly recommend the services of Loxwood Burners.We knew very little, but after speaking with the Team and having a survey undertaken we were happy to be guided to a selection of appropriate burners.The installation process was quick, clean and straightforward capped off with an induction chat on how to use our burner together with some helpful tips.With the evenings turning chilly nothing beats sitting down in front of the warming glow of our burner.

A great shop with plenty of selection of wood burners, lots of good advice and knowledge from the shop assistant.We booked a site visit to check that our selection of wood burner would fit in the fireplace we had, the owner attended and was really helpful offering lots of relevant advice and options. The work was carried out in a tight deadline, the company were on time, exceptionaly clean and efficient.We had a Broseley Evolution 5 multi-fuel deluxe wood burner fitted along with light oak beam - looks fantastic - just need some cold weather.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Loxwood Burners. A super professional company and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We absolutely love our fireplace and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Our home was left immaculate each day during the install, which was really appreciated, too. Thank you all! AVOID!!!!I’d give 0 stars if it was possible, awful experience - very rude shop manager (Maxi) initially lied about the installation date and was really nice until a deposit was paid - then set the installation date for 2 months later tje initial date to then cancel the day before due to lack of staff and rescheduled for another 2 months later and offered a refund if you try to say anything - disgracefully unprofessional, should never be working as a customer facing. I recommend not to use them and I recommend to James (business owner) to employ someone else with customer facing and organisational skills. Most likely they over book themselves to ensure cash flow coming in and then ditch some of the bookings when they don’t need it anymore. Awful business
