Awful customer service. Lady snapped at me due to YOUR evri printer not working.On her phone the whole time didn’t even attempt to help me.Disgusting behaviour, do not even know how your shop is still running.I suggest people shop elsewhere they do not deserve your money.

thieves and PETTY. I have voice note of the female shop keeper admitting to have received my parcel then changing her mind saying they never got it then changing her story another 4 times all in one recording over the space of 5 minutes. an order got sent to them today from an online retailer AND THEY HAVE REFUSD IT! I didn't even think they had that option. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR. in addition to this, i've recorded them selling cigs to minors because if they are going to be petty then I will too

AVOID THIEVES. they have deleted my review. if they delete it one more time I will send my story to the press and upload my footage to YouTube. DISGUSTING behaviour. they will steal your parcels. they are slowly deleting any negative reviews. keep an eye on it, there were more negative reviews but they are slowly being removed.

If I could give minus stars I would give many tried for hours on the phone no joy from 3 different depots they have lost a parcel even tried the chat contact called ezra useless I still haven't git my parcel
