Tuxedo Junction were fantastic in accommodating us especially when we decided to add some people on which meant we had to book another appointment for suit fittings.We had an issue with 1 suit in that it was too small and Nigel got that sorted within a day! Would thoroughly recommend Tuxedo Junction if you need any formal wear.

I had an appointment today with yourselves and I was made to feel very small and disappointed. all your rep spoke about was money until the very end and by that point we had had enough, it made myself and my party feel like we was being judged in price category. I wasn't even shown any suits as I originally went in looking for until the end and then all we wanted to do was leave as we felt very uncomfortable and agitated. In future reference suits should be done then costs we was very aware of the prices of hiring and now u have lost out on the cost of 5 suites.

Hired suits for our wedding on 25 March 2022, the guys accommodated us together for suit fittings and was a really friendly environment. Able to get the best options for all our different shapes and sizes lol. Suits were really comfortable and no issues at all. Had all suits ready the week before wedding and able to go back for alterations and get changes made in quick time beforehand.

Great service and relatively cheap compared to the tuxedo hire shops in Leicester where I live..I hired a tuxedo for a work event in Cheltenham. I turned up on the day of the event, and left within an hour with a very nice tuxedo.

We did set them a few challenges when it came to the 6 suits for our wedding, from using measurements from across the pond, to complete alterations to downsize an adult suit, Tuxedo Junction just tailored their response to suit. We were let down badly by another company and when we connected tuxedo junction they were so helpful and immediately sorted out five matching suits. We can thank them enough as the service and suits were perfect. We would highly recommend them to anyone who want a stress free, quality experience. Thank you Ann & Adrian

Made an appointment to hire something special for my cousins wedding. Was told that what I wanted didn’t come in my size (I am quite a big chap.) Which is understandable. However an establishment of this size really aught to be catering for all. I was presented with something which would fit and didn’t feel like there was any other option. Possibly because they wanted me out so they could close on time. I didn’t really feel the money I’d spent reflected the service i had received. £130 later I walked out feeling a bit underwhelmed. I decided I could buy a half decent suit for that so phoned two days later and asked for a refund. They said they had to keep £30 because of the alterations that they had to make (taking up some trousers, not difficult!) There wasn’t anything on the ticket or website that even suggests this. I bet they hadn’t even started working on them. Very disappointed in the service and lack of interest. Especially when you’re asked to part with such money for a suit you’ll be wearing for 12 hours! Don’t go here!

Having used Tuxedo Junction before for an evening do, they were the first choice when we were organising a wedding at short notice.The added complication of two of the male guests living hundreds of miles away and another working shifts could have been a pain, but the staff at the Gloucester store worked around the availability of the guests, taking measurements over the phone and fitting them in whenever they could.We changed our colour scheme choice on the run up to the wedding but that was no problem.The day before the wedding, i discovered some issues with a couple of the morning suits. As it was Saturday we had very little chance to sort this out before the wedding, no problem, they drove all the way to Stonehouse with replacements after closing time, dropping them off, apologising and wishing us well.On the day, the suits looked amazing, and didn't get uncomfortable despite the long 14 hour day wearing them.Highly recommended.

Tuxedo Junction supplied the suits for our wedding and were absolutely amazing! The service, the staff and the price were outstanding! We felt so so lucky to have such amazing people to speak with even during a really difficult time for the wedding industry!
