The staff here are 2nd to none! They really go the extra mile to make those in their care feel special and arrange days out and activities for them that I’ve also enjoyed. We attend a session recently where they’d even given everyone their a little gift to grow at home!! I’ve not experienced such thoughtful, inclusive care anywhere else.

Westmorland Care Homecare provide a level of care and service I could only have dreamt of for the most important person in my life. The staff are friendly, compassionate and made our family’s transition as painless and natural as possible. I can’t rate them highly enough.

Fail in their duty of care. Visited an elderly and vulnerable lady who was delerious and moaning for help...emptied her bins made her bed and left.the lady was found the following day unconscious on the floor
