There are more than 300 beds in this hostel, so you know what is like to be in such a crowded place! Rooms are very small in comparison to people allocated to each room. I got two beds in a 3-bed bunk in a room of 12 beds and the room was like 6 meters at most! Very small. That said, it always smelled bad.There is no special service available to you. Almost no shared area to rest (yeah they have a small dirty shared area on the first floor which you don't want to consider at all!) and there is a pub with live music on ground floor, so if you get lucky like us, you get beds in first floor and will be screwed by music when you want to sleep.The only and only good thing about this hostel is its location. Right next to the train station and Mile street, but there many other options available there to book I guess.

This is a really great hostel! The staff are so so friendly and helpful, both at reception and behind the bar. Even the staff house keeping are so friendly and always say hello. It’s such a great friendly environment. They have events on most nights which are free and great for meeting people. Dipti is the girl who runs these events and she is amazing! Highly recommend!

This accommodation is great for the price. Each bed has curtains so it’s somewhat private. It has a storage under the beds where you can put your stuff, big enough for a cabin size luggage. I recommend to take a locker, because they sell it at £4 in the place. Above the beds there are 2 USB ports and 2 UK ports. I find this to be very helpful.

Good location. Bathrooms good and beds comfy. Chill out room on level 1 is lacking WiFi and proper kitchen for the price per night. Have to congregate downstairs in reception for free WiFi. Otherwise not too bad. Friendly staff

Super location and incredibly lovely staff as well :)The night we visited there was even a free wine and cheese night which was absolutely wonderful! Great way to meet new folks in the same hostel from all around the world.Paid breakfast buffets are at their partner pub across the street and it works well enough!The beds were comfy enough and had curtains for privacy, as well as individual charging points. Sufficient toilets/showers in my opinion. Mostly pretty clean as well. Would return for another stay :)

This hostel has a great vibe, facilities, events and location. Super easy to get to and explore the city. Some issues with the bunk bed (light and sockets didn't work) but the team were able to help quickly. Discounts at the adjoining cafe and bar across the road. Great place to stay and meet other travellers. I will stay here again.

The only reason I give any star to this place is its location. The rooms are terrible. Beds were smelly. Toilets and baths not clean. Our residence was above a pub that had loud music very late. And early in the morning the sounds of announcement from train station will disturb your sleep. Also I don't know about room policies but there were people having sex in public rooms creating noise and smells and it was disgusting!

I had some issues during my stay that I believe could be improved for a better experience. The rooms appeared unclean, with mold and thin walls causing disturbances. It seemed like the sheets might not have been changed, as I found a stain upon arrival. The ‘chill out’ room, which I expected to be cozy, smelled unpleasant and was far from relaxing, with just a few chairs near the locker rooms. The shower facilities were not well-maintained, with loose hair everywhere.I also wanted to share a safety concern regarding the ancient elevator. My friends were trapped for two hours until the firefighters had to intervene.I hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. Regular cleaning, updating facilities, and ensuring safety measures are in place could greatly improve the quality of stay for future guests.

The location is perfect, right next to the train station and in like 2 minutes you can walk to the city centre. All in all the rooms are quite good and it was somehow clean. The staff is really friendly and especially the sip and paint - night" was lovely."
