I stayed at One Caprera Guest House few times. Always nice and welcoming. Clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and happy to help. Highly recommended. We will be back again.

Turned up , with friend lad y of 78, told the owner would be there between 19.30 and 20.00 ; nobody there , could not get in . Young lad opened door eventually looked inside not good .no key left . Guest house rubbish for old people aand vulnerable people .left and went to HOTEL .

One Caprera Guest House
I had a lovely stay at the guest house. Checking in couldn't have been easier - Christina messaged me on my mobile phone on the day and gave me all the details to access my room. I loved the no-stress way I could find my key at my chosen time. The room was spacious and spotless. All the facilities were of high standard. I had booked for a one night stay while dropping my daughter at university but will certainly keep the address in mind for future times with the whole family!

Came for a night and delighted to find how nice it is. Real attention to detail - lovely big towels, spacious shower, and a kitchen stocked with everything you need for breakfast or a light supper. Highly recommended.

The perfect place to stay when visiting Devon and Cornwall by train. All facilities where clean and worked as expected. Definitely be back.

Extremely clean and very friendly staff. Location is great and very short walk to station or city centre. I would definitely stay here again and hope they eliminate the single use plastics in the room in way of the toiletries, etc.

Very clean. Don’t be fooled by the dingy outside, it’s a lovely place for the traveller to stay. Quiet and family run.

We could not find this address. We had a mobile and a map. The access lane and back alley badly need signing. In the end we moved a skip and came in the wrong way. The front door step is so high it needs a hand grip. Otherwise this is a very new well fitted and clean accommodation. It is unmanned so you need to get your key box code from the owners. None of this clear on the site.
