I booked the appointment online, and they kept me updated throughout.In terms of the replacement, that went extremely smoothly too. Took me car a few times, always Polite and nice guys. Unfortunately my last visit resulted in in several Scratches around the rim of my alloys with one alloy having a pretty bad gouge which will need filling and re-painting.I noticed that the scratches were penned in with a black marker and it wasn’t mentioned on collection.They were reluctant to accept liability as they “take photos of all alloys before and after, however, because I booked through black circles they don’t take photos of black circles customers”.After a conversation and making it clear that the scratches weren’t there before my visit, the garage offered to send out a local repair guy to spot fix the alloy and repaint them but I haven’t heard anything back since and feel as though I’ve been fobbed off.I won’t be using them again unfortunately and if it wasn’t for the fact I’d like to get all 4 alloys powder coated within the next 6 months I’d be extremely disappointed and chasing them further, which I shouldn’t have to do.Just one bad experience, they’ve been good in the past with previous cars of mine.

Fantastic service and very reasonable price. The free tracking was also very much appreciated. My wee pride and joy feels fantastic now.

I have used Mr Tyre for years and they are a great set of lads. They have a broad knowledge base and resolve any problems I chuck at them. They are polite and professional not just over the phone but in-house . The quality of service is excellent and piece of mind they give is even more precious. Great stuff.

They fit me in with little notice. They solved my problem with a 3 month wait on the part I needed. Great value will definitely be using again. Thank you guys !!
