Booked a taxi after a night out. Waited 50 minutes before i called the taxi number, only to be told that they randomly weren't coming. Thanks a lot, if I'd been told from the start that they wouldn't be able to make the booking then I could have organised something else, but instead I'm now stranded.

Not sure if they cover all the taxis outside reading station but just tonight I just got rejected of it when I said my address. I felt really discriminated. First he did not know the address but i explained where it was but it sounded a bit near or so. I hope there is uber service in Reading.
