Long story short, I was the only customer asked to leave the phone there while withdrawing money. I was there for 2 hours and I haven't seen the same treatment on any other customer. Made me feel like a robber. The staff were talking their language on my back.I'm honestly not aware of what I've done to deserve such a mannerless behaviour. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Have been going to this place for a long time, I would say the nails are generally done OK, the price isn't cheap, the staff generally just do the job as if the client is non-existent, for example they speak to each other in their language, make comments in their language (no idea whether they are commenting on the client or not), many of them never smiled and looked very bored as if they are really annoyed that people come to do nails. If you need to ask something, they may not look at you and just give you some sort of answer as if you are making great trouble. So, this is not a place if you look for good services, but the nails are done ok if you don't have another place to go.

I have been going to the salon for a while now and always been happy with the results. The staff is nice, patient, the manicure & pedicure perfect and their tariffs are very competitive. Couldn’t recommend more

This place has gone downhill, I used to come here for years, now I won't return. Totally different staff that don't care anymore, 2 clients had nail art came back 2hrs after it was done as all the glued items had fallen off already!My pedicure, instead of using nail polish remover they used a metal nail sander, it burnt the skin around my nails & I SCREAMED OUT IN PAIN, yet the nail technician didn't even stop!! She made my toes bleed & tried to cover it up.My manicure was also disappointing, the photos show layers unevenly applied at the cuticle. One nail needed a drop of nail glue & she put it nowhere near the actual tear in my natural nail, so the nail still broke off. It's a total rip off as they're not cheap & their services are very low quality.

Worst nail salon in London! Understaffed, make appointments and leave you waiting for 30 minutes! Staff are rude and dismissive, speak Vietnamese between themselves and laugh at you, worst thing is they do a very poor job at painting nails. I asked for a manager to call me back and nobody responded. Do not go there

Went here to get some fun nails for Easter. I showed them a picture and they did their best to match. I walked in without appointment but they were still able to fit me in and did a great job. Would recommend

Terrible experience, lack of communication and professional service, rushed and over paid for simple manicure and pedicure. Even I was told that I am ready to leave, was trying to pay and my nails were smaged already. Lady only laugh at me and waiting for me to pay.

£38 for dip and 3 days later they had chipped/broken. I returned to fix then and no care went into it. 3 days after my 2nd visit more nails had broken. I called they didn’t want to help. I WOULD NOT recommend! Only positive, the shop is very clean.

Great place for nails have only ever been happy with work done, would not recommend going to the older gentleman that's recently started working there (only reason not a 5 star review) he really hurt me when ripping off my acrylic (yes- ripping it off!). Highly recommend Hai and the younger man who sits closest to massage chairs as they're both incredible!

Definitely not coming back I Have been to this place twice and the staff basically ignores you, keep talking in their language as if u not even there. Is super price which is fine if the job is well done however that’s not the case ;)If u looking to do chrome nails please don’t go there, I have done it today and look horrendous, terrible finished on the sides, u can see the color underneath. 37,00 for that is so disappointing:(
