Booked a holiday with Sheri yesterday in the Burnham on sea branch and I couldn’t of asked for a more knowledgeable person to help decide which was the best holiday to have and she was so patient and understanding and telling us about her own experiences when going to Greece , will definitely be booking again with Sheri.

Called TUI Burnham on Sea for help and advice on booking a special cruise for my family and I to celebrate my 50th birthday! I started looking online for the best price I could find, spoke to Sheri who found a better price for us. Big shout out to Sheri, Conor & Lois who made sure all my questions were answered including sorting the right cabins and drinks packages etc which is an absolute mine field to navigate. They really know their stuff! Thank you so much, will definitely be booking through TUI Burnham on Sea again.

We booked a holiday in Portugal with Sheri, she was amazing, so patient and knowledgeable, her attention to detail was outstanding, and even turned the air conditioning off in the store when i was getting cold..we will definitely book here again because of the way we were treated so friendly...Fantastic team

We booked our holiday with Sheridan and do not regret it one bit! Not only was she patient, attentive and full of information, she was wonderful to speak to and super happy to help with any questions we had (and we had a lot!) We are currently on holiday and we are loving the resort she helped us book, and would definitely return. A massive thank you to Sheridan and would recommend booking a holiday with her 100%!

We booked our special anniversary cruise & stay through TUI BoS. Tammy was extremely helpful, ensuring we got the best package for our budget, she was very patient, attentive and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions professionally, even calling the cruise line to ask about changing the hotel we had originally booked. I wouldn't hesitate to book future holidays here, and when I do I will look for Tammy to help me
