Absolutely rubbish service. Went there to get a rear wheel alignment and opted for a fuel treatment. They told us machine broke down so couldn't get it done and they have no fuel treatment left. To even get this appointment I called several time, get promised call backs that never come.Was a joke for us going all that way and wait around to be told that. On a separate occasion called in several times to order a part, get promised call backs but again they never call back.They don't have enough loan cars available, have to wait long for an appointment.Poor service all round!

We had a very satisfying purchase experience at Romford Mazda. From the moment I first enquired about the car to the collection day I did not feel any pressure for purchase, finance etc at all. We purchased a used Mazda approved car and sales representative was Dean who was really helpful starting from the first time I called and emailled for the car all the way to the actual day of the car collection. He did not at any point push towards any particlar finance company nor buying the car on finance and he just guided smoothly through the process. He answered all my questions about the car and immediately gave me the confidence that he is very knowledgable and knows about all the details of the car, the trim levels, modifications in model years etc. He spent a lot of time explaining us the car, answered our questions, explained and showed all the functions in the car and made a hand over as if we were buying a brand new car. It is fair to say that it was my best second hand purchase experience thanks to Dean and the Romford Mazda team.

I bought a black Mazda 6 last July 25th, the car looked new just with a few scratches around but nothing serious. I started driving my car on the highway and noticed a couple of problems and drove the car back on August 2nd : Steering wills not straight , steering wheel vibrates when I get to 60 mile speed , smart city breaks doesn't work and the radar that's supposed to keep me on the road on the lines either. I returned to the store in Romford where a lady named Deb immediately made herself available to make sure my car was in good condition by doing a couple of checks together with the mechanics. i returned the same day to the mazda center in romford to collect the car to be told that the car is fine with no problems and that my steering wheels vibrate is normal and that the road would have caused this series of problems, i was also told the radar and brake assist service doesn't work at high speeds but only works when i go an average of 30 miles, i walked out of the mazda center really angry as no one drove my car to test the problems because the gas level hadn't dropped and the miles on the clock was the same as when I brought my car back, just put it on the computer to clear the car's fault codes. do you know how I solved the problem of the steering wills that vibrates? doing a wheel balance, costing me £24. So I tell you all to stay away from this mazda center in Romford as they are a bunch of incompetents who use words just to sound competent about things they themselves don't know

I bought my car here and service it regularly. My last visit was for a service, which went relatively smoothly. Car was taken in and it took around 2 hours, no mention of issues I had flagged and was told it would have to be dealt with in another appointment. The person who took my key seemed to know little about what the service entailed/ cars ( I do not either) which meant a lot of flicking through papers. Also, the place appears to be packed with more cars, I remember a clear seating area and being offered tea, coffee and biscuits, this meant that I had to go to the Costa, not a huge issue but worth a mention. Overall, satisfied but not over the moon with the customer service.

This Mazda dealership is based in Romford and caters for a wide demographic. The staff are very customer orientated and go the extra mile to match up the customer with a suitable car. Big shout out to the Motability sales person, Raj Shokar. He was amazing and very helpful in assisting me to choose my vehicle. All the paperwork and checks were done by him and he was interactive, funny and cool!! The dealership has a good selection of vehicles and order lists are reasonable and accurate. Overall very pleased with this Mazda dealership and deffo Five stars!!.

Booked a service with Romford branch online. Website was easy to use and booking made in minutes. Attended the dealership a couple of days later, five minutes before my slot, only to find they had no record of my reservation! However, this wasn’t an issue and the car was booked in by a staff member on the spot. Service was carried out and price charged was as quoted online. Staff were pleasant and informative. Happy with service.

As soon as you sign the sales agreement, everything goes down hill. They push you to buy but nobody cares after. The car I bought had several bodywork issues, which was my fault I’ve missed when looking at the car, but once you contact them to find a solution, nobody cares. Disgraceful service. I’m glad I have another Mazda dealer nearby. Wouldn’t recommend Romford to anyone

Excellent dealership I have a CX5 being my fourth car from Romford Mazda. Excellent service all the way from purchase to service over the years. Highly recommend. Staff are excellent especially when I have had queries about functions on a new purchase its easy to get support over the phone. Services always dealt with promptly and cost is very good. Management have clearly trained all staff to have high expectations of customer service.
