I called at 20:15 and they claimed they had knocked on the door and no one answered, which i know was false as I had been sitting in the front room with view of the front door. I then had to wait over 45 mins for it to be re-delivered meaning I had to wait 3 hours for my order. When it finally arrived it was just warm and not very tasty. Got attitude from the young girl on the phone who spoke to a manager and told me the driver was already on the way so couldn't cancel. I stood my ground and reiterated that I wanted a refund and not the food. She apparently phoned the driver, phoned me back and basically snapped that my order was cancelled and hung up. I've checked my bank and still waiting on the refund!
