Wren Kitchens

IncompetentDire design, unsafe installation, boxes of parts littering our home for weeks, kitchen eventually finished after 10 weeks. Given the run-around by this department and that department, it's always someone else's fault.DO NOT USE WREN - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. About to raise an action against them in the sheriff court. Wren Hermiston Gait Edinburgh - hang your heads in shame.edit:This same review was posted in TrustPilot and was removed at Wren's request, Wren claim there was no purchase. There was, £8,000 worth and I'll see them in court.

Recently started using Wren for kitchens after years of fitting Howdens / Magnet kitchens. Great quality and really helpful staff. From budget to high-end Wren seem to cover all the bases....

Wren were excellent from the design stage to completion all went very smoothly and we now have a lovely new kitchen.The quality and finish is great. The designer was very helpful with good ideas and advice and there was no pressure to sign off until we were sure.Kitchen was delivered on time and the Wren fitters were quick, tidy and efficient .We are very happy with our new kitchen and would certainly recommend Wren to others.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Had a new kitchen fitted and within 5 years the finish started peeling off all the doors. We went for the premium quality units and they are just not up to standard.We had them all replaced under warranty and within a matter of weeks some of the new doors started peeling.The warranty process was a nightmare and took 6 attempts to get the kitchen to an acceptable standard.Doors constantly arrived damaged, the first fitters put all the door handles and doors on squint.Avoid this company at all costs, the quality of the product is sub par and I have no doubt we will have the same issues in a few years.

We had a fantastic experience with wren kitchens from start to finish! The quality of their products is superior to other brands and our finished kitchen is beautiful! Nothing arrived damaged and the delivery was seamless. We also received an upgraded fridge freezer at no extra cost to us. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their kitchen!

Overall we were impressed and pleased with the quality of the Wren kitchen units and the delivery etc. However, although we had explained our concerns, and supplied detailed dimensions, and showed photos, regarding the restricted space" available (restricted to existing pipework) to fit a carousel

We found the whole process of kitchen design and supply from Wren very easy - we were very happy with the design & suggestions given to us by the designer to enhance our own ideas. We were slightly overwhelmed with the huge choice of units/colours/combinations of workspace but the designer helped us through it. All deliveries were on time and we were kept very well informed via the app and email regarding delivery dates and specific time slots. We are very happy with our new kitchen and the quality is excellent. Our kitchen fitters (not Wren) found the kitchen easy to install.

Due to incompetent and dishonest employee I have to lower my rating for the company. Her mistakes were very significant and affected the entire ordering process.Mrs. Iman use dishonest sales strategy, adds unnecessary items to the order or increases their quantity so that the customer pays more for the order. When I asked many times to correct the order, she did not do it, she added other things or 'forgot' to remove unnecessary things after we changing kitchen plans.Despite the complaint and the evidence on paper, her behavior was so brazen that she and her friend burst out laughing when we left the salon a few weeks later.In my life I have never met such rude behavior from a person who is incompetent and unable to cope with a simple kitchen design and not take responsibility for mistakes and shows such childish behavior.The process of communicating with Mrs and asking to fix her mistakes was miserable. I had to ask her to give me the dimensions of the furniture and I adjusted the dimensions of the cabinets myself. I asked for specific changes, but the lady said that they are not possible. Fortunately, another designer made the changes I expected without any problems. She added such dimensions of the worktop to the order that most of it was waste-to be thrown away. Another unnecessary cost in the order. New designer gave us the dimensions of the worktop so that most of it will be used and reduced its price. In our order there were numerous items of a different color than our kitchen, after asking her repeatedly to correct the color to the correct one, I gave up and filed a complaint. Mrs Iman did nothing to correct her own mistakes in our order.It was pathetic to see a designer struggle with dimensions. It is unacceptable lack of skills and dishonesty in such a profession. Luckily, after changing the designer who can count and deal with the dimensions of furniture, my kitchen looked the way I wanted.For a person who deals with properties on a daily basisworking with a designer who makes such mistakes is unacceptable. This lady could not even show humility and admit her mistakes which may indicate that she made mistakes knowingly.I am of the opinion that we should be aware that goofy smiles and sweet talk will not cover up a lack of skill and dishonesty.Bad luck that we were assigned this lady as a designer because the whole process would be easier if we had a different designer from the beginning. The other designers were professional and the delivery was top notch, good contact at the delivery level.Thanks to the designer who removed all Mrs. Iman's mistakes, we saved a few hundred!I recommend checking your order and quantity of items to save money

My wife and I were very impressed with the wide range of high quality kitchen units and appliances available from Wren Kitchens, Hermiston Gait, Edinburgh at very low prices. We described our requirements to designer Ruaridh Given who set out the ideal layout in fine detail that met our needs and provided 3D images of how our kitchen would look when completed. Wrens later supplied detailed plans in hard copy. The units arrived on the due date, fully assembled and carefully unloaded by their delivery team, together with an itemised list that was meticulously checked. Wrens thorough attention to detail and complying with timescale is a credit to the company and their processes. I am happy to recommend Wren Kitchens to anyone who is looking for a quality kitchen at an affordable price backed up by an efficient team.

When researching the install, we had several installers comment on how well the units are made especially at such a reasonable price.The customer service throughout the entire process has also been above our expectations.Would highly recommend Wren.
