What a fantastic service...very professional.I hate getting waxed as I have very sensitive skin and normally suffer from tiny spots after getting waxed......but not this time. I had upper lip, chin, legs and a Hollywood. The treatment was not pain-free as you ladies know but it was 100 times better than I've had else where and the outcome was brilliant and NO SPOTS after...very happy customer.Would definitely recommend this salon for your beauty treatments....especially the waxing.

Haven't felt so chilled for ages. Jill was great, put me at my ease immediately. I went for the full body, head and scalp massage and it seemed to last forever... to the point where I thought I'd been given 2 sessions by mistake. So relaxing. I came out feeling very relaxed and physically reset.

What a fabulous hidden beauty this terrific salon is. Having facials using the Environ products in preparation for my daughters wedding has been a revaluation! My skin feels wonderful. Jill and Hayley make your whole experience relaxing and always make you feel welcome. I’m looking forward to having more treatments , nails brows and maybe even a spray tan! Highly recommend this little gem.

I had my moisture boost facial with Hayley, I got booked in just before this 2nd lockdown. It was much needed. I can honestly say my skin always feels amazing after this treatment. The relaxation of this 90 minutes just for me is fabulous too. Thankyou Hayley for the usual service and professionalism always provided at Hidden Beauty

In the heart of Ambleside, great salon. I had my nails done before my wedding in the lakes and it’s the best gel manicure I’ve ever had. I got help with choosing a colour (as was torn between a few) and my nails look perfect a week on. Very happy and will definitely use again next time I visit.
