Rubbish ! Hippo Tried to collect our bag at 6.45 am ! Without prior notice, they say they send a text the day before. I didn't get it . £40 wasted journey charge. Outrageous ! Do not use this company get a skip instead.

Wouldn't pay my money back and charged me £180 in fines and so lost 360 thanks to them. Be smart and stay well away.
