Ah tis alright, Its open for a respectable time, and they give adequate service for that. If you want booze past closing theres an off licence like 1min away across the river, so walk you dafty. If you're expecting 5star service in a onestop go to waitrose ya numpty

Never open at 6 like it's supposed to be. Pointless having that as a open time if the door is just going to get locked till 10 past

Friendly staff but something is wrong with the people in charge. Supposed to be open until 23:00 I went to drop off a parcel, door was locked. It was 21.55. Please don't advertise being open at night if you're not.

Shop is okay with prices, nice and friendly staff. If your timing is wrong you can end up in a long queue but there`s a chance that 2nd cashier open then. Expected waiting time on a busy day: 3-5mins. Or more.Be aware: PayPoint top up rejected sometimes, no straight answer given for reason. If you pay with card have to wait a few days for refund.2star rating given based on bad experience with long-nailed `Idoncare` part-time staff who unable to deal with the situation.

When I was attending De Montfort, there was nothing quite like a quick stop at One Stop to get a few snacks before heading back to my accommodation. A little overpriced, but generally can't go wrong!

This shop sells a lot but it is packed into a not too large shop. Therefore getting around the shop is very difficult especially if there are more than 4 or 5 people in the shop.The counter space is incredibly small, so make sure you know exactly what you have brought so as not to leave anything behind.There have been several occasions when overcharging has occurred due to the fact there is simply not enough room at the counter and you can be charged for something twice.All in all a very cramped shop and not a very nice shopping experience.

Although they're pleasant inside. They never answer the calls, and I was denied dropping off my Hermes parcels because the scanner was broken. Don't know if it was a real issue with the scanner or she didn't want to be bothered

Always rated the store and my family have used it for years but to arrive at 22:55 clearly in a rush to top up gas in an emergency I even staed that to the lady how desperate I was as she let the last customers out the shop and her reply was 'sorry darling we're closing now as we still have things to do'. Sorry mate but if you close at 11 and you cant top up gas 5 mins before you close which takes 1 minute then how selfish are you really?

The lady here, refused to scan my Colleague card through phone scanner, she said we need a physical card, I've been using my colleague card through wifi mode all over uk and this lady refused for that. No one-stop store ever said so, I never faced any difficulty in getting my colleague card scanned from phone, I cannot carry my multiple cards and nectar, colleague and other discount cards, so I just add them to wallet. This was absolutely not acceptable. The lady here is actually very rude
