Took a while to make my custom design belt - it is handmade after all - result was perfect and well worth the wait - customer service was excellent - quality personified -

I bought two belts as presents for family members and am hugely impressed by the craftsmanship and quality of the products and cannot praise the helpfulness of the staff highly enough. What a wonderful, local, family business. I shall certainly be treating myself to one (or maybe two.....so many colours to choose from) in the near future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product to surpass anything found on the high street.

Their belts are craftsman-made entirely by hand the traditional way. Absolute top quality.

Family have multiple belts, they'd come back for more but don't need to as they're so long lasting. Friendly family run business ☺️ Deserves more recognition.

I bought a (black) belt which was delivered in January 2020. I have worn it every day since it arrived for both work and at weekends. It still looks and feels like new in spite of me sometimes wearing it a bit tight to try and kid myself. The hand stitching looks great. I can tell that this is going to last a very long time. The only problem is that it does not match when I wear brown shoes so I will certainly have to go back to TBM and buy a brown one. Well worth the money!UPDATEIt’s now July 2021 and I finally made it back to Exeter. First stop TBM to order a brown belt to match the black one that was ordered at Exeter Xmas market and delivered to me in Jan 2020 and has been worn daily since then. Mark was super helpful and I am looking forward to receiving my new belt in a week or two. Lovely workmanship on display in the shop - hand stitching taking place when we arrived - sorry to interrupt it.
