Jollyes - The Pet People Edinburgh

We buy our dog food from jollys. Also hay and treats. Lovely shop, sometimes we find try out products. Just the membership is a bit of a hassle still not properly working on android phones. Giving our postcode to collect points.

A good pet shop is not too expensive but has limited choice.

First time we've tried this store. Seems to be competitive priced on the items we were looking for. Straight forward layout made it a quick shop, reasonably busy but not crowded. Staff were pleasant and store was very clean.

Lentil gets his groom here every few weeks, thoroughly enjoy how well they do and how happy he is after. All of the staff is helpful and they have a wide variety of offerings for all our dog needs. Picture: post bath and very serious stare at his fav snack from Jollyes.

Took my Samoyed dog Moochi for a grooming today after a bad experience at the last groomers. The job the groomer (Siobhan I think) did was outstanding and she was very patient with him despite his nervous barking. Highly recommended.

Took yesterday my dog to the groomer and have to say the girl the was in yesterday did an AMAZING job!We used to go to pets at home but I was never happy with the way she was after that. Always with damp hair and when I was asking for a tidy up, I never liked they way she looked. Don't have this issue anymore at Jollyes! Yesterday she had a bath brush deshedding and tidy up and she looks absolutely perfect!Also the shop itself is pretty good. Different variety of toys and food. Better quality than the one at pets at home and sell raw food too.Try also have food and toys for cats, rabbits, hamsters, parrots etc.

I took my wee frenchie for vaccinations here.Today he went into shock after the vaccination and I took him straight back to get checked over. He got another injection and was absolutely fine afterwards.My review is mainly about the manager in today. I didn’t catch her name but she was absolutely amazing. She came right in to check on him when she found out he was in shock. She sat on the ground with him talking to him and petting him. She spoke to me while I was waiting for the vet to check on him again after a few minutes of getting the other medication.The manager couldn’t have been nicer and more supportive. I can’t thank you enjoy for your help today. I wish I got your name.The food and treats in Jolleys are great. I buy raw food and they always have plenty there and my wee man loves the treats too. Huge selection.

Nice enough, got some treats here, but probably prefer the smaller local shops with their greater range and speciality.
