Went here based on previous reviews and I was not disappointed. Gave a couple of India Kurtas for alteration. The guy on the front desk is very friendly with a great customer service etiquette and the tailor is fantastic, I was able to try on the outfit, tailor pinned it to know what to take in I then picked up a couple of days later and he had done a great job. Very pleased as I am always sceptical of trying a new tailor. Great friendly service and will definitely be returning again. Lovely to have such a great establishment like this locally.

My excitement turned to disappointment when I picked up my brand new suit from its initial dry cleaning, only to find the jacket ruined by permanent white stains. The experience was incredibly disheartening, especially after being cautioned against using their services. I definitely won't be going back there.

We use them for dry cleaning and alterations. A good dry cleaner and friendly staff like Cam but what makes this place stand out from others around is their tailor Rias. Such a nice guy and does a great job on alterations (even after others have messed it up). The only issue is that he works only till 12.30pm so the turnaround time isn’t as quick (perfection takes time and you don’t want a rushed job). It would be amazing if he would be there the whole day so there is a 1-2 day turnaround on alterations also.

Can’t give enough thanks to the staff at Gold Star Royal Wharf, amazing customer service. Had 6 pairs of cargos that needed to be tailored, all different sizes and lengths, and the finished product was immaculate. Came out perfect! Highly recommend

I called this morning to get a price for a normal double duvet because I couldn’t find the price list . A woman from another branch on the phone told me 18£ . I went to drop off the Duvet and I v been charged 22£.When I called back the woman told me is weird because the price from the price list should be the same everywhere.Overall nice welcoming.

If I take for a small alteration, then I will get a miserable face towards it. The only reason I go for alterations is because you are doing it. If one of your staff gonna make a horrible face every time you go for alteration and it might be unusual, then stop offering alteration.How to pay the money for it and I agree with that other people, it is very reasonable. It is the only one guy, who is usually in the late mornings.
