My partner and I have just started moving in together, and felt really supported by Rebecca, and were impressed by the level of service she provided us with, as well as helping us to resolve the issues we had during the process. Just moved into a new place today marketed by Beals. It’s disgusting. There is black mold everywhere. Nothing was cleaned prior to our move in. The entire place smells like mold and just stank. When we got here every window was open and there were coffee beans in the cupboards to cover up the smell. It was very clear that they knew there was mold and smell issue but didn’t take care of it. The toilet is broken. The water heater won’t heat the domestic water. I will never work with Beals again. I recommend not using this location if you can avoid it. All photos shared.

In addition to this, any issues that I have had have been resolved in a timely manner and to a good standard.I would especially like to thank Amber who has been a huge help in communication between myself and the landlord and has gone out of her way to assist me several times!

At Beals, Fareham we were approached by a nice , understanding lady, Sarah Tyson overwhelmed the phone. Sarah made our experience very clear and wholehearted we appreciate all of the generosity that she has shown during our purchase . Even when we had a slight confusion with our fellow neighbour and our fence she dealt with it in a breeze by giving us the needed clarification. She is a very important and honourable assert for the whole of Fareham Beals Estate agent.

Rebecca Thayre has been absolutely amazing to communicate with back and forth regarding a property I am going to be renting. She has been absolutely lovely throughout the whole process and has answered all of my questions and queries in very quick time which has made the overall customer experience completely stressfree.If this lady is not on good money already, then she definitely deserves a pay rise because she is the best letting agent member of staff I have ever worked with. Very happy with my experience working with her. Would definitely recommend Beals as a company too as they seem to have their stuff together and reply very quickly!

Really pleased with them they found me a buyer quickly in a challenging market and they found me a tenant double quick too for a property I was selling but decided to rent. I have always used them for tenant finds but will use them for everything now.
