Tile Giant

I'm incredibly disappointed by my experience.I had ordered a sample of mosaic tiles from their website which never came and I emailed them to check what was going on. They acknowledged my email and provided me with an issue ticket but it was never followed through. I made multiple attempts via email to chase up on this and again they never responded.I tried calling the telephone number multiple times but the phone never connected. Finally, I went to one of the local stores with all the details and the only response I had from them was to contact customer services and that they couldn't do anything.I finally contacted the bank for a refund as there didn't seem to be any other option. I won't be using Tile Giant again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone any time soon.

Went in looking for tiles to start out our new business. With the help, kindness and support of Erin we came out feeling more than happy having had great advice and encouragement on our new venture. Never had such a pleasant customer service experience. Will definitely be going again.

I purchased tiles 3 months ago and work started on my bathroom earlier this week. As my tiler started to unbox the tiles it became evident that not all the boxes were the same batch number so work stopped half way through the job. This was an error at the time of purchase by Tile Giant. I immediately phoned, late in the day, to speak to the manager who was not available till the next morning so I spoke to Amanda. The problem was sorted swiftly by Amanda and Matt, the manager in less than 24 hours. They went above and beyond to try to rectify the problem and because of their swift and efficient action a courier delivered the boxes I needed within hours. This meant that work could continue. Had work not been able to continue my plumber and tiler would not have been able to recommence work for 4 weeks due to their commitments. Everybody makes errors…todays efforts by Matt and Amanda showed commitment and dedication in putting the customer first.

Tile Giant Erdington have pleasant and helpful staff. They offered advice and suggestions. I purchased sample tiles which were refundable even if I did not purchase further tiles from them. I am very happy with the look in my bathroom which now looks stylish and modern. I would shop here again and recommend them to others.

Bought £300 of mosaic style tiles from here for our kitchen, but when the tiler came to fit them every box contained damaged tiles. I phoned the shop but was told I should have checked all the boxes within 30 days of purchase, so they wouldn't refund and it would take 4/5 days to get some more.The tiler had to patch every sheet of tiles so took him an extra half day to do the work.Expensive lesson for me☹️

Thank you Mark and mat you gents are the finest in customer service and knowledge that you gents had. Our project will look great im sure with the choices of grout and all those beautiful tiles to pick. Thanks will come back soon.

This store couldn’t of been more helpful. Mark the manager gave me lots of good advice and tips. Changing my mind on different mosaics was not a problem in the least. Returning unopened goods was just so easy, with a full refund in just 2 days. I’m just so happy with my end results. I would 100% recommended this store.

Great experience with Mark and Matt today. Very helpful and friendly. Quick and easy time finding what I needed. Definitely will use again.
