Lovely dog friendly cafe. We had a panini, salad & chips, lattes & chocolate milkshake - all of which were delicious. The cafe is very roomy (unlike the overcrowded high st ones) & the staff were very friendly & polite. There is also an ice-cream parlour. It’s situated in the old (?town) hall.

Looks nothing from the outside however they serve amazing food and had great service. Free WiFi for any kids definitely a gem.

Small cafe on Marygate Lane. Terrible. Overpriced. Quiche and Salad £9.50. Tiny slice heated up in microwave, spongy and wet pastry, salad garnish with a small blob of coleslaw on top! Not good enough. Should have walked out.

Absolutely fab little Café within the walls of the historic Town House. Sitting within the heart of the Café, you are within the original walls of the Town Hall and can experience a part of history!The staff there are really lovely and welcoming and the food is fantastic and affordable! You get lovely portions for what you pay and it is super tasty! (I recommend the soup and sandwich combo!)
