Amanda is a fabulous Pilates teacher- whether you want to try the reformer, rehab an injury or just get stronger and fitter- she will help you achieve you goals. She’s great at giving instruction to people new to Pilates as well as challenging those who have been practicing Pilates for years. 5 ⭐️!

Amanda is knowledgeable and her classes are excellent. She has a heart for her clients and really cares about everyone’s wellbeing. Don’t delay. If you have ever considered Pilates get in touch with Amanda and if you haven’t contact her anyway. Your body will thank you!
