Whilst you can apply for your products via online channels your processing time to turn these applications around is simply unacceptable and too slow. Still a long way to go to become a customer focused top tier bank

Very poor service.Employee, who was servicing me (approx. 30 years old) had problem with basic mathematics - he could not calculate simple multiplication. Also he was nor properly prepared from savings account product. He also did not have any tools in his computer to calculate eventual profit from savings account.I asked him: how may customers do you have with savings account?". He replied: "thousands

I have just been to this branch today to switch my account from Barclays. The staff were very friendly and I was made to feel a valued customer. I was given an appointment for another day as per my convenience. Would recommend this bank and branch to anyone.Reason for switching from Barclays is their funding Israel for its slaughter machine.
