Agatha was so helpful in the lead up to my wedding. She was the first bridal shop I visited and helped me try on different dresses to be sure of the style I wanted (as I had no idea!) She also did the alterations on my dress and made the whole experience exciting, fun and joyful while offering lots of wedding day advice! Thank you Agatha!

Agatha is incredible!!! I had the best experience at the Bridal Gallery and cannot recommend Agatha enough. She is so knowledgable and skilled and her advice on helping me pick a dress was valuable. She was able to alter the dress to fit me like a glove and looked amazing on the day. Agatha goes above and beyond and I’m so grateful to have found her and her shop, thank you!

The whole process was seamless.Agatha showed my various different dresses until I found 'the one' it was then put aside for me and 10 days before we had a fitting for any adjustments.When I picked the dress up 2 days before the wedding, I tried on again and she changed a button by a fraction there and then so my dress was perfect.I had the dress for 2 days after the wedding so I didn't have to rush getting it back.Agatha provides a brilliant service with a wide variety of styles and sizes. Definitely recommend!

I went to a wedding dress shop before hers, but all the dresses except one didn't suit me. So I was feeling a little sense of dread going to this one and any other ones.As soon as we met Agatha, she looked at the photos that we tried previously, listened to our preferences, challenged our preferences (in a very good way) and picked dresses that I thought I would never pick but looked so beautiful on me.I felt like I could trust her with her choices and I felt like a model for the first time, because she knew how to make the bride shine, and feel comfortable, in her dress.All that sense of dread was gone and me and my friend were so lit up by her service, her attention to detail and her empathy for the bride, that I would highly recommend going to her again.We went to other wedding shops afterwards all across London and Essex, but I would say this one is my absolute favourite. ❤️

Agatha was wonderful and I am so glad I found her to tailor my wedding dress and pre-wedding dress. Her enthusiastic energy really made all the difference and she shared a lot of wisdom ie. what shoes to wear, how to walk and just generally super helpful advice. My wedding dress looked perfect on the day and so many people commented on how beautiful it looked.My dresses were purchases from other places but Agatha really listened to how I wanted my dresses to look and would highly recommend her for any prospective brides if you are looking for tailoring or hiring. Agatha has an extensive range of wedding dresses to hire as well!

Agatha is one of the kindest, most helpful small business owners I’ve ever met! I was recommended her Bridal Hire shop and in particular her amazing service via a close friend.Her bridal shop is brimming with so many styles, choices and accessories. I initially wanted to go for a Princess style dress but after Agatha showed me a beautiful satin-style I fell in love! She knew exactly what would look good on me and what would suit my body shape.She tailored the dress exactly to my body and it fit like a glove on the day. Not only does she help with the dress but we chose my hair accessories together, she advised me on my bridal bouquet and she even helped my mum make a little outfit for my little doggy!Agatha goes above and beyond for her brides and I’m so happy to have met her.Hiring my dress was the best decision, there’s nothing to worry except for dropping it back off!
