Ordered school photos of my nephew. They were fab and I like the unique code making it easy to choose. They also arrived ahead of the delivery date and I was kept informed of progress which was great. Genuinely pleased with the quality and professionalism

This company do not employ professionally trained photographers. If they do, then they need retraining! If your photographers are reading this, then here are some tips: when you take photographers of people wearing glasses, it's a good idea to ask them to slightly adjust or reposition them on their nose so you don't have a huge reflection of the studio lighting in the lenses! If you're incapable of this, ask them to take the glasses off altogether. The people they employ also have very little experience with handling children being photographed. If a school is thinking of employing this company do your research first and find a competent one that employ professional photographers, who know how to ask people to stand correctly and reposition them if they are standing inappropriately. Plus, if they wear glasses don't photograph your studio lighting! What a bunch of amateurs.

Received my child’s nursery photos today- they are absolutely beautiful. We are so impressed with the quality and the different poses they managed to get our child to do with such a genuine smile! Highly recommend this company! Their communication is great too.

Received school photos the first time as it's secondary.I called up once they arrived as they have a viable brown tinge along the bottom of them and near the face area to the left a brown tinge.We have asked that they air brush out and send out new ones after reluctantly agreeing as they can see on there end and say it's from the back drop, we asked them to send out an envelope for us to return them they would do it after a week no envelope and say we have to pay that then they will send out the new photos free.I don't see why we should have to pay for this when it's company error and we've already paid out alot for the photos.Not how we expect a business to be
