Absolutely Amazing customer experience! For starters they are extremely nice and welcoming, they let us hold baby lizards, brang out a selection of snakes and lizards to choose from, and were extremely helpful! They have completely sold me! If your looking for a reptile, come here. Highly recommended.

We travelled 2 hours to visit this shop a few weeks ago as my youngest loves all things snakes, these guys recognised the journey we had made and went out of their way to make it worth the trip. We had a handling session with various animals including snakes, spiders, lizards and tortoises. They are very knowledgeable about the animals and are great at getting the kids to love learning about them too.We shall definitely be back, as the visit was the highlight of our weekend.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Well looked after animals with plenty of live foods and accessories available. The staff are always happy to advise and help. They’re very supportive and have encouraged me with my new found hobby. My collection of mantids and jumping spiders wouldn’t be what it is without them. Highly recommend.

Love this shop, iv just become the proud owner of a baby tortoise, so i am new to what to do, and what's best for my little baby. The guys were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble, they spent time talking to me. I wanted to buy a night light for my little one and they told me not to waste my money, you dont get many shop owners that are that honest, excellent customer service, highly recommended. I will definitely be going there for all my tortoise bits from now on.

What a pleasure it was for me to discover this business today. I have my first spider due to arrive in two days and I needed live food. I was also unsure of a few details and asked the guys In store. They were super helpful, happy to answer my questions and even offered to help if I have any queries down the line. I got to meet some of their amazing reptile residents. Marilyn was wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
