Wanted a small space of 6x3ft that had a single step carpeted. The fitter that attended clearly, didn't have the skill or experience to be doing the job, as he glued cut pieces together to cover the step. When I queried this he became rude and offensive. I then contacted the store manager who likewise was rude. General poor workmanship and finishing. LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Absolutely amazing. I am so happy. Affordable and amazing carpet and vinyl. Went yesterday (Tuesday) and they finished all of my house today. Morning to evening job. I can now move into my new home. My carpet with underlay, I feel like I'm bouncing it's so soft and I love the colour. Vinyl looks so good too. Friendly and respectful fitters. Left my house tidy. Thankyou so much SA Carpets. Fully recommended and I will come back 100%

Brought carpet on a Saturday, could of had it fitted same day but wasn't ready. Excellent customer services in shop. Was told I would be called Monday at 10am with fitting time. Had to call them at 10.45. Arrived at 12, fitted carpet, underlay very quickly and professionally.Small negative, all the rubbish from installation was left on my front garden without my knowledge along with a large offcut which was left over.
