Had an issue with a warning light. Car dropped off, courtesy car picked up.Issue sorted within 48 hours. No cost, no fuss.Many thanks to Iestyn for his excellent service.

Enquired to buy a Defender, finance was not approved in house so was sent to their preferred broker , again no luck. I was given 1 day (Friday afternoon) to sort out the finance which I immediately acted on. It was approved on the Monday morning but the car was sold elsewhere over the weekend. I get first come first serve but being given reasonable time to organise the finance personally would have been appreciated especially after sending everything requested immediately over to the salesman.

I had the best experience here just a week ago. Clearly I’m still on a high with my defender 130 since I’m only leaving this review now!Tom Rookledge was our point of contact in the sales department. Initially when my husband contacted this branch the car was sold however once this fell through he was on the phone to him straight away, all the paperwork done and arranged collection.Even when things happened that were out of his control on collection day, he still went above and beyond and made the experience unforgettable for us. So much so that he ended up delivering the car to us (himself!) and the kids were able to experience it with us.I am loving my new bus that I have knicknamed TONKA and everyone loves this car as much as I do !Thanks again Tom, you are truly awesome and o hope your branch knows how lucky they are to have you! We now have a Land Rover teddy which the kids have called ‘Tom the Teddy’ and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Decided to re-write my review .I have never come across a Dealership as good as this one . Unfortunately when I picked up my 2yr old Velar a fault light came on as I drove away. So I turned around and drove back and Nik the salesman TOTALLY owned the issue and put it right! He has been incredibly . I don't think garages should be judged when everything is going smoothly but when the problems occur and how they sort them . I drove 400 miles to get to the garage and wish they were nearer. I think the next purchase I would go to them based on my experiences with them....superb. No hard sell ....just quality professional service!

I wouldn’t recommend the used car sales. Constantly changing or forgetting what they have promised, very poor communication and generally poor customer service definitely not the Land Rover experience we expected. We won’t be using again.
