Outside is deceptive. Inside is pretty and clean and the massage is of high quality. Ann understands the anatomy and I had good relief from my backache.Will go back again!

Outstanding massages! I have a regular massage or the lymphatic massage and cannot recommend highly enough. The staff are always welcoming and do an amazing job. I visit here once every 3/4 weeks and wouldn't go anywhere else

They were able to fit myself and my daughter in Tuesday and we both had lovely massages. We're definitely going again.I see what reviews mean about the outside of this place, it is on an industrial park, but the inside was lovely, very relaxing. Plenty of free parking though

I started coming here over a year ago during exam season stress. I was met with such care and have been a regular with Ann ever since. I trust her with amazing and careful pressure and the other staff are wonderful too with brilliant technique. You will be looked after and your body will feel much more open and less tense after you leave. Can't recommend this place enough, I tell anyone in Cardiff to come here if they need a masseuse. Will be loyal to Ann forever! :)

My partner Rob had a massage here yesterday and he would would highly recommend it. Although the location from the outside could put people off, inside is very clean, relaxing, smells wonderful, and the staff are extremely friendly and professional. He had a deep tissue massage and it was fantastic. Strongly recommend anyone considering a deep tissue massage to have one at Royal Thai. He felt extremely welcomed and relaxed throughout the visit and will definitely be coming back - what an experience and highly recommended, thanks.

I have been a regular at this place for the past one year and Anne has magical touch when it comes to any back aches and pain as she makes it disappear and you walk away a new person. She is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do during the treatment giving you tips along the way to rebuild muscle strength.Today, however, it was the first time I tried lifting/lymphatic drainage face massage with 'One' and she was just amazing. I suffer with severe hay fever and my skin was looking rather dull and jaded so thought to try. I had booked myself for a facial but One explained it was more sort of lifting massage without any facial mask. I was a bit skeptical at first and then thought to give it a try as she could not make me look any worse :) So glad I trusted her as walked out with glowing skin and sure fewer wrinkles too. Would definitely go back again!! Highly recommend and don't be put off by the exterior as inside is lovely and clean and welcoming with large spacious private rooms.

Disappointing. I booked a Relaxation massage for £45 - the room was cold, it started 10 minutes late and finished early, the masseuse left the room twice during. The massage itself was more of a stroke. I wasn’t expecting a deep tissue massage but I was expecting to be massaged. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back.

The staff friendly.However, following a recent incredibly disappointing experience I can no longer recommend them.I have recently had baby 2 and am suffering all the typical aches and pains of wrangling a primary school aged child and a baby. I have been in need of a good massage, unecumbered by children for a while. I carved out a rare slot of time where my husband could look after the baby, and baby could go long enough without needing to nurse, where my older child would be in a holiday club. I booked a one hour aroma Thai massage for £55.I arrived a few minutes early and was invited to sit and wait by Ann. I waited, and waited. And waited some more. 30 minutes after I arrived and 20 minutes after my appointment should have started I had to go on the hunt for staff, calling the phone and calling out hello. Ann came out and said could I wait a little longer as they were running behind. I could not as I needed to pick up my older child from holiday club in an hour and 10 minutes. Ann refunded the payment, but could not understand why I was so upset that they had known they were running more than half an hour behind for my one hour appointment and had not called me beforehand/ told me when I arrived for my appointment. I have limited time just for me, and it was all used up waiting. I said I would not be coming back again.I have tried to fairly reflect my experiences. The massages are excellent, but the customer service is inconsistent.

Amazing massages, I have been a number of times and always feel the knots melt away under their care. Super easy to book online too, fantastic service always.
