They play with you until you don’t have any option because you need to move the next day. They put me in a house with just a bed (when I signed for a furnished room). I fought with them and after getting tired I went to the shelter and the lady working there was not surprised when I mentioned I had problems with this agency. She literally said they play with young people and immigrants. Really avoid this agency!!!

Appalling property mgmt company. If possible DO NOT rent a house through this company. No emergency contact details provided. Been without hot water and heating now for 6 days. Totally unacceptable

Very happy and glad to have rented a house with Sterling Lettings this year, amazing and very friendly team. Really helpful and such good service that I am renting with them again next year!

Incompetent and lazy. No communication, loads of empty promises. Once they have you paying rent, they won't do anything anymore. House serverely lacked maintenance - but they would avoid doing anything about it (despite having promised that renovations and repairs would be done before moving in). If you want to live in a filthy, run down place, rent from Sterling. Otherwise stay clear! Never again!

Thank you Sterling Lettings for being the BEST letting agent I have ever used since being a professional landlord for over 25 years.I had real problems with a tenant the Council had asked me to house ,and after I managed to eventually get her evicted for non payment of rent-(around £5000), I decided not to work with the Council any longer. Sterling Lettings were absolutely brilliant, professional and supportive .I feel really confident in leaving any issues in the capable management of the whole Team at Sterling Lettings-Abdul,Viv and Emma,-knowing they will deal efficiently with whatever needs be done to ensure that tenants and landlords alike are treated with respect ,consideration and professionalism. The best estate agents in the town. The staff is really friendly and responsive. Moreover they try to solve anything and everything as quickly as possible. Keep it up!

Really polite and friendly. I have sent many people to look for accommodation to them and they are always helpful.

I've dealt with a lot of estate agencies across the world. Uk, Usa, Italy and Spain. By far this is the worst! At the beginning it seemed not bad. Once the payments were received, they started being absent and never helpful with the issues we had. They kept the deposit more than 2 months. Nightmare! Finally, at least, I received it.

Rented from Sterling for a short term let from Jan 2022.Quick turnaround on getting a property to me, as I had been served notice at previous let.They even drove me to the property as I moved by train and would have needed to walk a short way from their offices.Only problem I had was a bit of a wait for the deposit at the end of the tenancy, however that was likely due to me not signing up early on to the DPS that was provided by them.Couldn't recommend enough.

I have stayed one year in one of their letting properties and I always felt that everything was under control. The staff was responsive and friendly. Specially Abdul, always on top of everything, helping at any time you needed. Totally recomended. Thank you Sterling
