Wing Hing

I've used this shop alot foods usually really good barbecue bones were burnt the curry hardly any meat in it mainly sauce.comsidering going elsewhere plus by time it was delivered it was cold

It's difficult to write this as I am still absolutely fuming after my recent experience with these thieving charlatans. I placed a large order ( almost £100) at 7:45pm yesterday through Just Eat and was still waiting 2 hours later! I contacted just eat, the restaurant gave them a new update so I sat and waited again. At 10:00pm I started calling the restaurant to chase it up and there was no answer ( I called 11 times!) When I checked my app on just eat, the status had changed and was asking me to rate my order! What? The one I never received? The one that the restaurant were quite happy taking my money and ignoring my calls about? That order?.......to make matters worse, I googled Wing Hing to check I had an up-to-date phone number, only to notice that they were now in fact CLOSED for the evening. ( They closed at 10:30 apparently). So no food, no money, no explanation or apology! AVOID this place at all costs!! Seriously the worse experience I've ever had with a takeaway and I feel it only fair to warn others.

First time ordering and all the good was cold, the curry sauce looked like it had just came out of the fridge, instead of been able to pour it , it came out in a block

Thought I'd give Wing Hing a try, so first time for me. It will be the last. Not the worst Chinese food I've had, but not far off. There was nothing special about the special fried rice at all. I'm certain it was not freshly cooked and had been reheated, almost burnt, as you do with leftover Chinese the next day in the microwave and it becomes, well, microwaved leftovers.. Didn't smell too appealing either. Little meat (it looked/tasted like spam)and no king prawns. Spare ribs were a disappointment too - dry, lukewarm, flavourless and very little meat. Delivery took best part of 2 hours. I'm sure their place is clean, it has 5* rating suggesting it is, but the food falls way short of expectation.

Well we paid nearly £3.80 for a portion of gravy chips, there was very little gravy on the chips and secondly the portion is small.My wife ordered beef and mushroom curry and it was tasteless.And for the price i paid, I would of thought I'd get more Prawn crackers instead of a tiny little bag.

It's standard has gone down had a stomach upset by eating beef chowmein Singapore style afew weeks when I tell owner all she does is that dirty laugh. And after a week the chef missed out my sweet and sour sauce of king prawn balls sweet and sour and standard of hygiene is down where there are alot flies near the food they sell. The staff who work at kitchen do not have health and hygiene certificates

Always ordered my food from here through just eat, always nice delivered very quick, tonight what has happened, disgusting, not fresh chicken fried rice, chips have been cooked over and over, unable to eat them sweet sour sauce like water, what a disgrace

Ordered lots of times previously but this time we waited over 2 hours and rang the takeaway three times. Order didn't turn up, was left hungry and really annoyed will never order again from here
