Call Out Steve Lovely-No Callout Charge

Great experience, called Steve and had Danny and Tim at my house that afternoon, the job was considerably more involved than anticipated so dropped my vehicle at the workshop and was driven back to my house by Tim.Truck collected the next day completely repaired.Great service, great lads, would recommend

Very quick and efficient response to my failed starter motor. Steve kept me up to date with ordering the part, and once available Tim arrived and had it fitted, all done within 2 days of my original contact (and over a weekend).Great service, and I would thoroughly recommend.

I have found Steve’s contact details, having been on a google search hunt for a recovery assistance. Reviews have convinced me to choose Steve’s service to recover the car to a local garage.Additionally, the price seems fair to me to be confident to rely on Steve’s and his Colleagues’, Tim. Upon their arrival, both successfully managed the entire process without any hiccups, and my car did timely recover to the garage.All in all, I am happy with the service and I would recommend recovery assistance from Steve and Tim.Wishing both Steve and Tim a success in their career.

In the evening my car broke down due to the drive belt shredding fortunately I am in the RAC so I got the vehicle home. The following morning I contacted Steve about 8am and he asked me to text him all my details. About 10am he arrived at my house with his mechanic Tim. Due to my battery being flat they put another battery on my car and took it to the workshop for inspection and repair.At the workshop my battery was put on charge and checked. Also they fit a new drive belt and inspected the pulley etc. About 3pm my car was returned.This is the first time I have used Steve’s service. They could not have been more helpful and explained everything. It was a fast response having my car back on the road. I would not hesitate in using Steve again!

Had a issue with my car that stopped it from starting, I called Steve’s garage as he does call outs, Tim came to me the next day and was really helpful, but after that nothing else about my experience was good, disastrous at best, I had a part fitted and payed for the part and labour, with in 2 weeks the part had gone faulty, was told by Steve that it was fault for the part breaking, which it wasn’t ! I decided to let them have another look at the car and was informed of 3 issues with the car that wasn’t picked up on or mentioned the first time. I begrudgingly payed for a new part but informed Steve to give me a quote before doing anything else, completely ignored what I said and went on to fit £500 worth of parts to my car, which wasn’t affecting it starting and parts I didn’t ask to be fitted, I specifically said don’t fit anything if my car still won’t start properly after, Steve has a habit of talking over you and not listening properly, so when I phoned up to see how my car was getting on he informed me he had fitted multiple parts and that the car still doesn’t start efficiently on its own, honestly I would avoid this garage at all cost, every good review on here is only on here because Steve hounds you to give him a good review. Tim the mechanic is a great guy and very easy to deal with, Steve lovely was the opposite, very hard to deal with and very hard to talk to. There’s a lot more negative things that could be said but I’ve said enough, Avoid this garage !

Steve and Tim have a wealth of knowledge and experience between them and have really helped us out. We had a recurring issue that would crop up every few months and was costing us a fortune. Steve came up with a permanent solution at a good price and the car drives better than it ever has. Even got the car back to me at home. Recommend these guys for proper, honest work.

Steve got back to me quickly, Tim came out to look at my car the same day. Parts ordered and jobs done over the following 2 days. Very efficient service, better prices than some other local garages I have used. Knowledgeable guys. Would use again and recommend.

I was really impressed with Steve Lovely's call out service and highly recommend. I called Steve about an issue with seized brakes where I couldn't move my car off of my drive. After texting him my details he was able to send his colleague Tim out to me the same morning. Tim was brilliant, really new his stuff and very friendly and helpful. He fixed the seized brakes in both back wheels on the drive and I was good to go again. I'd definitely contact Steve Lovely and his team again if I need a mechanic, thank you.

I rung up late yesterday evening to try and get some help expecting it to be in a few days time - Steve answered the phone right away and was willing to help first thing the next morning. Would definitely recommend! Good price range, excellent job done and brilliant humour and friendliness from Steve. Thank you very much
