Despite the restaurant being quite busy, the service was reasonably prompt, which was appreciated. The menu had a good variety of dishes to choose from, catering to different tastes. The food was enjoyable, and the presentation was decent.

This place was packed and queues out the door at 1800 hrs on a Sunday. Granted, this was just before a Queens of the Stone Age gig. Very quick service, food was very good if a little on the expensive side. Worth a go, we would definitely eat there again.

I would like to share my extraordinary experience at Zizzi restaurant. I ordered a lemon tea here yesterday and I was delighted with the taste and freshness of the beverage. However, the most surprising part happened when I wanted to pay the bill. The staff member informed me that I didn't have to pay, without giving any specific reason. I was completely taken aback, as it was the first time in my life that I experienced such a pleasant surprise. I am immensely grateful for this unexpected gesture!We say in Poland that 'small things bring joy

Disappointed at menu being considerably more expensive and limited to that advertised online. Was told that it is because there was an event on. So they had the events menu running. ( just a price increase with less choice ) considering the location at one of the largest exhibition centres in the country, and that there will pretty much always be a big event on. Bit of a con!Food was decent, as was service.

Prompt and friendly service, starters were good and arrived in fair time, however, ordered 2 pizzas for mains 1 with extra chicken and a side of chips. Extra chicken wasn't added to the pizza and the side of chips arrived 10 minutes after the pizzas did, very overcooked and inedible. If it had been a busy period with lots of customers then it could be understood, but it was pretty quiet.

Last week we went to Zizzi to celebrate my partners name day. Ordered some pasta, cocktails, desserts and pizza. Everything was very well presented and tasty. We were served by a very chatty and friendly lady called Anca. She made our visit very welcoming and was kind enough to help us with dessert choices. It wasn’t our first visit and definitely it won’t be the last as we enjoyed the atmosphere over there and the food is honestly 5star. Looking forward to go back to celebrate our another special occasion soon.

We enjoyed the entree (the chicken pieces on skewers hanging like a pendulum with half lemon on top), the pizza and the beer!Highly recommended.

Met up with my daughter here for a catch up Meal, it seemed busy at 7 pm.on a Monday but we were shown straight to a table for 4, I tried to order via the mobile ap, but t would not recognise our table, a waitress too our order for one starter two mains and drinks, the drinks came straight away,My starter not long after we were engrossed in our chat did mot realise at first how long we waited fir our mains. Eventually I went to cooking area and asked if they had our meal, they called for service and shortly after we were served out meals, fortunately we both chose salads so they had not suffered in the wait. The staff were most apologetic it was not as if they were busy by then.We were offered complimentary deserts/drinks and one main was taken of the final bill. It was regrettable the food was delayed, thankfully we had lots to talk about.

Drinks were good, service was okay and the food well mains were ok apart from the calzone wasn't great, there was about a tablespoon of filling in it. When your paying over £15 a meal you would expect more. Food came out very fast and didn't have to wait long. The desserts were amazing the only thing I liked about the whole meal. Wouldn't go back to this restaurant. Staff are nice though.
