Mandarin Stone | Tiles & Flooring Bath

I didn't find their staff too helpful and they promised to follow up but have yet to do so. I placed my business somewhere else. They don't take customer service too seriously but then send you expensive brochures after you have made your decision. If you want a condescending tile salesman, this is the place to come to.

The most amazing customer service. Seriously I walked in the door and Oliver the manager immediately met me and asked if they could help and spent the next 45 minutes working through design scenarios and showing me tile possibilities. This is indirect contrast to experiences I’ve had at other tile shops. This place is amazing and happy and they’ve got gorgeous tile. I cannot recommend them enough. It was a joy to shop here and I received so much help and attention. The minute you walk in the door you were greeted by somebody and if they are available, they jump right into help. Oliver came up with several possibilities for my bathrooms. It was incredible. Very good design eye.

Superb Service, Solution, Staff and StoneWe fell across these guys when my wife was shopping in Bath and the advice that they had at the time was invaluable. A little nervous of such a large project, with a great number of conversations with the team, we ended up purchasing a fair volume of incredible limestone flooring (stone) for our kitchen project and 2 years on, have never looked back. It was a great decision to work with the team here, they supported us throughout the whole process and had answers that were proven right and fair. I rarely recommend any organisation but we would have no hesitation is doing so for Mandarin Stone.. Excellent service and superb value.

Absolutely brilliant team led by most friendly and knowledgable manager Ollie. Excellent service from the first time I entered the shop. I bought tiles for my kitchen and bathroom and they look amazing. I am still dreaming about that marble basin which I want Santa to bring me :)

Love this tile shop! I live an hour away and it is well worth the trip because of the amazing helpful staff and range of fantastic tiles that I have sourced for my new bathrooms, kitchen and floors. Ollie in particular has such an eye for design and suggesting great options that really work. All at great price and efficient delivery too. Thank you!

Unsure where all the amazing reviews are coming from regarding customer service. Maybe it was me? I felt patronised and looked down upon. We received advice yes, but it felt like a bit of a chore and when asked if the tiles were hand made I was laughed at (and not in a subtle way). There is a polite way of correcting someone who knows nothing about tiles.I just felt upset by the experience and very belittled.Young lady more helpful than the rest.Just be aware, I wasn't going to write this review but it's just stayed with me a little too long.

Having gone to many tile shops whilst making our decisions, it was a last minute comment a friend made, to give Mandarin Stone a go 'they might have what you are after and at the price you want.' We were given excellent advice, and yet the people in the Bath Showroom also have a wonderful ability to listen to what we actually wanted. The order was near Christmas, and the two Natalie's and the rest of the team were brilliant. Now we have both rooms laid we are over the moon with the products and have no hesitation in recommending Mandarin Stone, esp the Bath Showroom. Its worth looking at the stock as the variety, price and choice is excellent.

I can't even thank everyone here enough. From being welcoming in the store, checking the warehouse stock, offering coffee while we got everything sorted, the excellent advice. These tiles were shipped to Australia, and not a single tile broke because of their care and attention. 10/10 would recommend.
