Town & Country Windows

Problem with shattered glass in part of my door. I reported it to Town & Country Windows from whom I had purchased the door some time back. This problem was dealt with efficiently and speedily. The manufacturer provided a new section free of charge which was fitted this morning by a very pleasant and respectful gentleman. Thank you to all for dealing with this problem so quickly good customer service.

Over the Moon would be an understatement.I'm so pleased with my new door which is all thanks to Nick, Mario and their fabulous fitters at Town and Country. From start to finish the fitters were very professional, clean and tidy and took pride in carrying out the work. Thank u again.

I can’t praise this company enough. I have had a new front door. Back door and 9 windows replaced. From start to finish they have acted professionally arriving on time to do the estimate and measuring. The information on choice and advice was most helpful when spending a lot of money. The team of fitters where polite and took great care while in my home and cleaned up thoroughly when leaving every evening. I would not have any problem recommending this company to anyone. I have now used Town & Country Windows on two occasions and both times astonished by the quality and level of detail with the installation.Nick spends time making sure you get the item you are after, armed with any information you need. When wanting to proceed he does a friendly visit to check the site of installation, takes accurate measurements and confirms exactly the proposed finished result.The installers go way beyond expectations to the level of finish with the install. I have never seen anyone take so much care and pride in their work. Truly amazing.Mario organizes the install team and checks you are completely happy with the install, making sure the team have met all expectations and you are happy with the end result.They have gone above and beyond all expected on both occasions. I thought I had received extra special treatment, but having seen the other reviews, I can see this is how they treat all their customers.If you are trying to find a window and or door company you have found it!

Today I had WIndows, French Doors and a new Solidor Front Door fitted by the amazing team at Town & Country Windows.Everything looks fantastic, and what really impressed me was their attention to detail, and just how maticulous they were in finishing every facing and every edge perfectly.They explained from the start what was going to happen, and checked in with me throughout the 3 days to ensure I was kept up to date with exactly how each item would be installed.I cannot praise Mario, Nick and the team enough for a perfect, trouble free installation. Would highly recommend.
