Can’t recommend these guys enough. We got an MOT when importing our car and they went out of their way to help us, fixed the problems with the car and retested and passed the retest within the day. The guys were friendly too and spoke directly to me which you don’t always get as a woman at a car garage!

Do Not Use This Garage!I took my car to this garage for an MOT and was very disappointed with the service I received.The wait time was very long, even though the garage didn't seem very busy. The MOT took one and a half hours to complete, which is twice as long as it took last year. The reason for the fail was that the windscreen jet washer wasn't operating correctly and the tube feeding the water was damaged. The mechanic said it would cost £40 to repair.I was in a hurry to get to the school run and go to work, so I agreed to the repair. However, the mechanic took only 3 minutes to fix the problem. I believe he simply unblocked the jet streams with a needle and charged me £40 for a quick fix.In addition to overcharging me, the customer service at this garage was also very poor. I felt like I was being taken advantage of and I would never go back to this garage again.I would give this garage 0 stars if I could. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place.

Stay away for this garage for MOT or repair! The owner is so full of himself (ego+++) and has bad attitude! When I told him I will not come back again, he said “THANK YOU”! Last time they did my MOT and recommended that change my disc and brake pads! I went to Toyota who said there was nothing wrong with them. Poor customer service ! Beware! Run away!!!

This was my first time at this garage, so everything I say is fresh and unbiased. One of the main things the mechanics here are good at is identifying problems and providing solutions.I came in for a wheel alignment but was told I didn't tighten up my inner TRE enough so it came loose on the driver side. They were willing to fix it up but my main gripe was with the price as I had to pay for an hours labour (£35) (which to me seems a bit excessive) and this was just for the mechanic to tighten the inner TRE on both sides. The outcome of their work was somewhat disappointing as not only was the gaitor not tightened down on the steering rack properly - I say this as the gaitor was half on and half slipping off when I decided to double check at home - but they didn't even make sure to tie up both sides of the boot with cable ties.Furthermore the original service I requested, the wheel alignment (£35), came out good on the paper but was a different story behind the steering wheel as the car still drifted left and right on a straight road. I had to come in a 2nd time and convince the receptionist that I needed my car back on the alignment machine and have some micro adjustments done, they conceded and did it again and although it isn't perfect as the car still drifts to the left on a straight road I am much more pleased with the outcome.Ultimately, the main advantages of this business is that they know how to find problems and tighten parts/bolts. The disadvantages are it's a business where price doesn't equate to quality.

BPS Auto care are an extremely busy garage. Due to my unforeseen circumstances, I was a little late but they still managed to complete my MOT on time. The team were professional, patient and kind. I am pleased and grateful for the service I received. Thankyou team BPS Auto care.

Recent visit here for an MOT and a repair on my vehicle. The team were very flexible and accommodating as my MOT was about to expire so they got me in quickly and did a great job at very short notice. Would recommend them to anyone. Will be booking my car in annually from now on.

Have been a long time customer and have trusted the team here. That fell flat as soon as something tricky I needed help with. My van was toed through an abundance of caution but did start and move. The diagnosis was complex and a process of elimination was required to deduce what the issue was. Number 1 being the throttle body sticking. Asked if they could clean it rather than spending £500 to replace for a 14yr old vehicle. Unfortunately they don’t offer that service. So wanted to go collect the van and get it done elsewhere. I then get informed it doesn’t start because the diagnostics cleared the codes and no longer starts because the valve is stuck. Effectively leaving me with a dead van. With no solutions or ingenuity or support to help get it to even turn over, I had to pay to toe it away and again look elsewhere .This is a horrible shame and I will not be going back or recommending this place again. Not only that, the prices are extortionate after doing research on multiple parts and labour costs elsewhere.

Extremely bad experience with this garage. Owner is extremely rude and threatening. Was very aggressive towards me and told me to take my car and not come back to his garage. Charged me for a service that he did not complete properly. Would highly advise you not to take your car to this garage as you would be left utterly disappointed.
