Zain car number 14 picked me up today what friendly great experience ..... would highly recommend using this company wouldn't to anywhere else!

Just had a run in with one of your drivers in Texaco Keighley. Gave me the fingers just above your company sign on his car. Black car, gentleman was bald and had a gold/yellow outfit on. Great public image eh?

Thanks to red car 14 for getting me and my dog to the vets on time when our bus didn't turn up, always nice to meet a dog friendly taxi driver!

If I could give zero stars I would. Pre booked for midnight they don’t turn up, mess around for 30 minutes while we’re freezing outside then call to say they’ll be another 30 minutes. Then rather than being apologetic they shout abuse through the phone at us, horrible people. I can’t believe they have so little shame and so much arrogance.

Won't be using again. Driver was late both times for pre-booked pickups on a return journey to and from a restaurant.Was very embarrassing waiting for return pick-up as kind staff at restaurant wanted to close up and go home but, at the same time, they didn't want to just kick us out because it was raining.Called Aireside after taxi was already 15 minutes late asking where it was, told another 5 minutes. Taxi finally arrived at least another 10-15 minutes later so ~30 minutes late in total.Not acceptable for a pre-booked taxi that was booked days in advance.Would highly recommend avoiding this company.

I ordered the taxi and went outside as instructed. 3 taxi drivers were outside all talking all ignored me at first i had to get their attention to get my lift (I nearly left at this point didnt get a good vibe) The taxi driver who drove me to my destination refused to follow my instructions when I got in the taxi taking me the very long way I assumed to charge me more. I asked him 3 times to go a different way, and he ignored all my instructions. He was rude telling me he was going the way he chose. I was uncomfortable in the car and glad to get out. The driver made me feel unsafe on my own. I wouldn't recommend and will never use again. The cost of the journey was way overpriced.

To warn everyone who has a vulnerable parent. Brought to my attention tht my mum who has used these taxis regularly. Was over charged for a short trip and never received any change from the note she gave them, lifted her walker out and drove off. Makes me concerned how many times this has happened to her.Reported but no satisfactory out come. Will never use again and I will be reporting the company to the appropriate authorities.

Booked 07:45 Wednesday pickup on Tuesday afternoon. Also confirmed on phone on Tuesday afternoon.I phoned on Wednesday morning at 07:45 as taxi had not arrived.Was told I was going to call you

Got a great service from steeton to Nelson on an atrocious night at a great price.Naz my driver arrived bang on time and was so helpful .Highly recommend this firm.

Excellent service, used this company for years , very friendly .The owner of the company is very polite and friendly will continue to use this service
