They are looters .I gave them a deposit 450 pounds. When I left the house with neat and clean nothing demage. I asked for my deposit. They didn't give me back .their branch on Pollokshaws Rd.the boss of this shop is big thief and looter of glassgow. Please don't go there. U will be robbed.

CLS helped me when i found myself in need of a quality home ASAP.Having never been through the process before i found it rather daunting but after calling there office Nasreen was so helpful and explained the procedure in full also they assisted with the paperwork side and helped me secure a property within a week which was a god send.So i for one would recommend anyone who is looking to rent a place then contact CLS and you will be glad you did.

These all 5 star are fake.please dont trap.they are big looters.and thief.they will not give u deposite back.their own staff give them 5 star.they are not able for a even one star.please dont go .u will be robbed.

I have rented for many years and have used many agents, most of them have been okay some have been a total nightmare , CLS have been the best so far, from start to finish my experience with them has been superb. The staff are very knowledgeable, polite , and genuinely are there to help at all costs. During my tenancy i had no issues other than routine problems that every property has now and again , but these issues were dealt with at ease by the staff. At the end of my tenancy my deposit did take some time to settle however all the charges were fair and I was very happy about the outcome as I always take care of every property I stay in. I would like to thank all the staff and the manager who should me great appreciation at the end of my tenancy.
