They do not take any of your concerns seriously and put the young people they care for at serious risk of harm and abuse they disregard the young people and their parents they are awful and ruin families disgrace total disgrace they should be ashamed of themselves.

Found them helpful with adults social service advice and courses within Islington for safeguarding and liaising with them in regards to training is good the training hub has really great courses

Apparently able bodied people aren’t in need of care according to them. They outsource everything to other charities and organisations. I’m not sure what care they actually provide

Social services Islington have outsourced their care to private carer companies with low standards and dismal standards of care. Clearly neglect my neighbours care needs to the point violating his human rights.Myself and ambulance staff have raised numerous safe guarding concerns and still neglecting to put him in full time care.His 'care' amounts nutritionless microwave pizzas, no showers or hygiene and zero physical or mental therapy. He calls out for help regularly and is clearly confused yet social services don't think this is a cause to put him into care.Dreadful and below any standard of dignity.

After losing my sight along with other health issues, it was suggested I contact social services for help regarding a certain matter.They were friendly, helpful & quick to do what they said.Very grateful.

The telephone system is like a merry go round being put on hold time after time. Any messages left go unanswered. The department is not fit for purpose.

staff were very friendly but could have done more to help with my enquiry but the level of staff ok for deal the customers quickly nothing special really
