Extremely helpful and friendly service. A fantastic team of people who are humans just like us and understand that somethings take a while to sort out. Not once was I pressurised, very happy with the empathy of this company!!

When I increased my payments there seemed to be some confusion, but once that was sorted out I was able to continue. However I did find it necessary to log on to the site to find out how much I owed and many elderly people will have difficulty doing this, so an email after each payment would help people.

I have been dealing with Cabot Financial for many years now with my financial situation due to my health. The people that work for them are amazing. They have always been so understanding with my situation. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They have never hassled me either. I am now very lucky that I have managed to pay off what I owe. I sorted would definitely recommend them to anyone that is struggling financially. Thank you for all your help and support over the years.

In the beginning I was ashamed to speak to an advisor, but after a long conversation we arranged repayments. It was so easy to just let the payments go out each month with no worries at all. I was delighted to receive my email informing me that my account was now closed. Thank you Cabot Financial for a great service.

Once I had set up a payment plan I was basically left to my own devices. I paid by Direct Debit on the dates arranged, so I didn't have to worry. Every so often my account was reviewed and the agents I spoke to were very polite and friendly, thank you.

I had the good fortune of Cabot financial assisting me with my financial situation. I’ve recently finished with them, but throughout my time with them they’ve been very patient and always polite and looked after my situation on a regular basis always ensuring I was in a comfortable financial position. I will always be grateful for their professional and sympathetic attitude towards my personal situation.
