Fantastic shop! Huge selection of foods, from fresh mushroom to tofu to all sorts rice/noodles to frozen dumplings and seafood to fresh greens. I'm not an expert but Chinese, Thai and Japanese foods present. It takes a while to take this variety in. Recommended!

One thing very bad that ruins everything that is good.Generally the stocks are good and the staff are polite.I have been buying supplies here for around 6 years and I have noticed in recent years the absolute rudeness and dismissive behaviour from the young Filipino girl at the checkout. Not only does she have a major attitude problem, she also makes constant pricing mistakes, checks her phone before and during serving a customer, never says hello or thank you even when you do.She speaks fluent English and I feel like I am training a child in how to behave in public when the politeness is this one sided. My 3 year old niece has better people skills.Otherwise Kim Quang is a good place but this one individual ruins the entire experience now that I simply do not want to spend my money there and will be advising people in my social circle of her extremely bad customer service.Trying to ask her a question about stock will reward you with an evil stare and a heavy sigh of breathing.I suggest that the new owner looks for a more suitable individual, capable of fundamental communication. Will shop elsewhere.

This is a standard mini-mart for oriental foods. The staff are a little too sharp, it's sometimes a little off putting if you're not Chinese. The stock is great, you can get most of your dry foods here. There's not enough fresh food to make your visit worthwhile. This shop is designed for takeaways and not the home cook. If you love noodles though this is the place for you.Sunday's at about 1400 you can buy the cakes and rolls. These are very tasty and I'm often found waiting with several others for the delivery to arrive.Overall not bad, be careful with the drunks outside as they can be aggressive at times!

I have been coming here for years with my family to buy sauces, dumplings, fresh produce, soy sauce etc. You can find more niche Chinese food items that you would struggle to find in supermarket chains and the ones you can find in supermarket chains are much cheaper at Kim's. If you're a student there are TONS of ramen cups to choose from and you can find home cooking kits for most food you would order in making it all so much cheaper and fun to cook at home. They accept cash or card.
