I've used Kenchi several times now and the service has always been great, both for regular scissor maintenance and repairing damage. Impressively quick turnaround for such high quality work, I never have to wait long. The staff are super friendly and helpful too!

Excellent service! I own a salon and had a pair of z-series Joewell that were butchered by a previous scissor sharpener, I sent them off to another place they sent them back stating they could not be repaired.A rep from Kenchi blade came in said they would take a look and have managed to repair them for me! I couldn't be happier with them it's very hard for a salon to find a good scissor sharpener, I'll never use anyone else.

I found Kenchi Blade online and was not disappointed. Ken was very professional and polite. He was able to pick up a pair of old manual hair clippers and safely delivered them back. He also updated me on a progress of sharpening. My parents are extremely happy with Kenchi blade service and are able to continue using more than 50 years old hair clippers without chewing the hair now. Highly recommend!

Gave our rep our scissors from Brush & Blade Barbers Leicester. Quick turnaround for sharpening and servicing, came back better than when we originally bought them. The onlypeople we will trust with our tools now.
